[Resolved]  Chis — Never get Booking on time

Its really a task to get bookings from CHIS. It took me 1.5 months to get a booking in Delhi itself. and that too not on my desired dates. The customer service is pathetic. They have so many excuses just not to provide service. they will not deny but will not give you the bookings.
1. location is inactive
2. availability is not there
3. dates are not available.
4. desired location never available

Now the new one is Technical glitch in the portal. Not able to provide booking. A

On asking how much time it will take... the reply is minimum one week...\

Seriously??????

are you people running a company???... I mean which company takes week time to resolve technical glitches???

They just make fool of the peoples.
