Chitale milk — After keeping the milk refrigerated for 2 to 3 days in fridge it turns sticky

I usually keep extra milk in refrigerator daily for years now . Even till last month and same chiltle milk . But now from last milk on keeping the milk becomes sticky and strech y . The paneer made also melts on heating like mozerella cheese . Something is wrong. Please look into it as of now I am not procuring any milkbfrom your brand . My daughter has it 3 times a day .
