We stay in Vadgaonsheri, Pune. Shopkeepers in our area cost extra charges on milk. We buy chitale milk. It costs Rs27per litre, but the shopkeepers charge Rs28 & say we dont get enough profit. Please help.
Today I was heating the half litre Chitale milk (Buffelo) and at the end of boiling point I increased the burner flame slightly, but shocked to see that milk came out like eruption, chemical action and milk spilled out of the pot. Heating the milk is not new for me, but never experienced this before.
Now henceforth, I wont purchase this brand milk anymore. You may also check the same.
