I had ordered a product of gift items from chocolatemantra.com on 11th feb, 2015
and paid through my debit card. I got a confirmation email and sms. On 13th feb,
I got an mail from them that parcel has been shipped. but it did not reach till so many days.
I kept on mailing them but i did not get satisfactory reply.

I have informed them to refund the amount back to account, but it has been around 50 days
and i have received no refund till date. the order is still not received.
