Chocolate Mantra — Product not delivered even after one month. The customer support is not replying or responding to any queries. | |||||
I had ordered a chocolate product on 9th November 2015. (ORDER ID : 103339) After a week of not delivering the product I asked them to cancel the order which they refused. Not one month has passed and after a long trail of more than 30 e-mails to the customer support of chocolate mantra they have stopped replying to any of my mails or queries. And the order has not been cancelled too or delivered. Now I demand a refund for the same order for it has been returned back to the shipper.
