Chola Mandalam Gic Ltd. — PF amount is not settled

Dear sir/madam,
I am sagar kumar paramanik. my provident fund (pf) settlement is pending, where i have completed all the formalities as well as submitted all the documents (like - form 15g, employees’ pension scheme, 1995 form, advance stamp receipt, employees’ provident fund form, with id proof, cancel cheque, bank statement, id card etc.) duly sign to our company. it has been complete over 3.5 months. our company's concerned person submitted the pf withdrawal forms to epfo, chennai office on[protected]. it has also completed approx 1 month.

So, i requested to you, please look into this matter and settled my provident fund amount to my account through neft asap. kindly update the status on this mail id - sagar. [protected]@gmail.com
