Hi, I had availed a personal Loan from Cholamandalam DBS from My sore branch for the amount 35000/- in the year 2008. However the pre closure amount was pay-ed to the Bank executive since they had issued the one time settlement letter. We have taken the loan (XOHEDHE[protected] HOME EQUITY LOAN) from Chola on 13th nov 2010 of Rs. 1.1 Cr. Now we want to pre-close the loan as we no longer require same. Cholamandandlam charged an overdue amount on the Loan Against Property account No X0HEDHE[protected] about which I had already spoken about the waiver of the same with Abhineet Puri (New Delhi).

The EMI did not hit my account due to the fact that my cheques with Cholamandalam had finished and people in Cholamandalam thought that they still had 1 cheque left for that month in which this charge was levied.
