Hi team, I have not requested for any loan from Chola Invest Fin. Even then two CIBIL entry was made on my account with 90K Personal Loan TWICE in April and May.
Kindly Rectify it and update.

My Personal loan application initiated and completed by Bankbazar and Chola fin., as and when required all through the process communicated by chola and bankbazar representatives. As per the bankbazar my eligibility of 5Lakh but after all verificattion process chola disbursed for 2Lakh eligibilty by deducted processing fee. my primary concern is to disburse the 5Lakh otherwise i couldnot taken this for 2Lakh, if 2Lakh is my eleigibility genuenly they should told me before the process itself. 2nd concern is still i did not receive any repayment schedule and monthly repay amount details to corresponding email neither hard copy nor soft copy against whatever disbursed amount. There is no response from chola transparently. And the same issue email sent to bankbzar team for the resolution on 20 May 2022 and they replied on 21 may 2022, after this received the disbursal ackolwdegement email from bank bazar on 25th may 2022 becuase from chola i have not received any confirmation on this disbursal.

while both Chola and Bankbazar representative had tele talk through out the entire process told me that going to disburse the promised loan amount 5Lakh but they didn't.

Hence, i kindly request your good team to look into this issue and resolve at the earliest by disbursing full amount of 5Lakh with repayment schedule.

I applied for loan for commercial vehicle 3 months ago... They proved the loan and started to deduxt emi... But loan amount is not processed. I am not understanding why they are taking money from me as well as the interest for the loan which they have not given to me... Very ridiculous

This is last time I am drawing your attention for my problem.
I have taken a vehicle loan from your company via your representative. He has taken all documents for auto debit facility from my bank account. But auto debit was not started. At present I am depositing all EMIs via Gaadi Bazaar application.

I had not requested you to visit on field, and if someone visited filed or my adress to collect EMI, then you have to prove this in court also. The other charge that you are showing like Additional financial charges and other charges sums about 2000 Rs. is also not justifiable.
If you think that you will levy these illegal charges and block my documents or NOC in future then I request you, please forget about it. I am tired by your fake promises and blank calls. I just need removal of all illegal charges from your side.
It is your will to remove these illegal charges from your side.
I have banking ombudsman and RBI also to intervene in this matter.

I have been trying for loan in cholamandalam finance, Badlapur for last two months, finally last 10 days loan was approved, but I have not received loan amount yet. Executive Rahul's service is very cheap. He doesn't even pick up my call right now. If they have the same service then I have to cancel the loan.

Iam chola finance customer from Andhra Pradesh, Anantapur district, Hindupur. We purchased a two wheeler vehicle on Aug 2020.from last 2years we paying 17 EMI continuously.unfortunately last two EMI amount we didn't pay because of banking problem.due to this reason executive o[censored]r company came on the roadside and seasing my bike.this is not correct for the customers.and there is noway to talk from executive level to manager level is worst we went to the branch office almost waited from morng 10 am to afternoon 2Pm.simply we r standing there.and there is no water. To drink and no chairs to sit to the customer.the way people behaves very bad.we requested to pay the EMi amount just with in 3 days but not given permission.again unnecesserly charges framed 3000 for REPO charges on my two-wheeler bike.today we r somuch tired because of chola finance people and please take action immediately on them.iam going to file a case on all staff here branch..iam requesting you to get call from u back as soon as possible.and what ever the amount 3000 paid this amount refund process from u people..

I have a two wheeler loan with cholamandalam finance in kayamkulam branch of kerala state... due to covid situation and some of my financial cris i missed to pay my installments... now the manager has asked to pay the dues with 20 th of march otherwise the will take vehicle back... i need a time of 20 days... to arrange the fund plz help...

My vehicle went under accident now I am unable to claim the insurance due to driver license issue I requested chola finance to increase duration but they didn't help me instead they harassed me by saying that they will not give me NOC and also pick my other vehicles and take in their custody now if they are not giving me any kind of solution how will I pay off the dues just help me out, they are not even responding me politely and misbehaving with me.

I am inform to you that, it was very sad moment when a Agent misbehavior into my office ground. I told him for late reasons and follow the official rules.. but the the person Insult me into my Office Inside.

Hi team, I have not requested for any loan from Chola Invest Fin. Even then a cibil entry was made on my account with 6Lakhs loan and with pending amount. I want to know if 6 lakhs rupees is sent to my account please share the details of my proofs I submitted and confirmation from your end how you transferred amount to my account. Overall I neither applied for any loan from your bank not got any funds from you. Please remove the data

I got two wheeler loan at sathyamangalam branch. My due date is on 28th of every month.For last three month I was not able to pay on time I got bounce charge debited from my account of Rs.590. I have paid the due amount to collection person on 30th of these three month that I paid the amount 2 days later. After collecting the due they have again passed the check on 4th on these month again I got bounce charge. After the payment also they are passing the check. I don't know the reason. For this three months totally Rs.3540 has been debited without proper reason and response.

Apart from this my due date that is repayment schedule date was on 28 th of every month but they have passed check on 22.02.2022 in this month and I got bounce charge of Rs.590 debited from my account.

This is the most improper way of charging.They have pass the check only on the repayment schedule date but have passed before itself and after the payment also they are passing the check.

For the loan amount of Rs.73, 700 now I'm paying about one and half lakh for a two wheeler. There is no proper response too. As a middle class family this is too disappointment.

This company is sucking money from middle class people who want to buy any vehicle by its clever terms and conditions.
Its monthly EMI date comes before the regular salary credit day that would be on 1st to 5th day of the month but they force the customer to pay their EMI on 28 th of the month which most of the people fail to do so and they charge a hefty 820 rs for every bounce charge apart from other charges.
