I have a very bad and harrasment experience here, yesterday they siezed my XUV 500 vehicle although am done my EMI in last month 25th. They siezed the vehicle in middle of road by doing rowdyism and they broke my car key and front glass even my family and small child is inside the car, they downstep them from car from middle of road, they sieze the vehicle without siezing letter and without notice or even one letter, they don't have their ID card and also they drunk in that time, Her name Shekar, they came along 6 people's and they use very bad language and also alcoholic. I have all proof regarding this, pls take immediate action ðŸ™, if this is not resolved am going to media. Thank you.

After reporting my complaint on 1st June 2022, chola representative called me once and taken my feedback on this issue over the phone, after that they never called me again and still there is no resolution from their end. And yesterday on 10 June 2022 they sent welcome letter with retrospective dated 3 June 2022 including repyment schedule for 2Lakh which they disbursed on 17th May 2022. But my actual concerned rised on 5Lakh eligibility and requested to disburse the balance along repayment schedule.
And also as per their repayment schedule first EMI amount Rs.1800/- was deducted at the time of disbursal it self but mentioned in the schedule on 5th June 2022. ECS e mandate authorisation taken by chola and amount deducted by bank.
As per thier clause to be inform within 7days after receipt of the welcome letter hence, i am putting this request on record. Kindly request your good team to please look into this and do the needful.
