Myself Vijay Sharma From Beawar Dist. Ajmer State Rajasthan and i am working in Gr Infra Project vill. Islamnagar jaora distt Ratlam State Madhya Pradesh Sir i took finance from cholamandalam his representative Mr Akash Messy told me the interest rate is below 12 % i am in hurry so i am not checking papers they gave me approx 70 to 80 papers to sign and i signed them now i check that they were charge more than 25 % interest its my fault i am not checking papers and i am ready to pay Emi but i purchase Activa 125 on 7/10/2021 and i am expecting Emi date should be 07 or 8/11/2021 but they don't submit till date after that i am worrying about my civil score so i call Mr Akash Messy so many time to confirm Emi date to proper on time and i ask him so many time in calls that is their any problem with my signatures just because i am in beawar at that time and he said dont worry all okay which i recorded not my bank msz me that

          Getting massive delay for noc

          With due respect I would like to state that I'm getting massive delay for my noc against my loan although it has been completed in April 20 without any fault or missed emi.l have visited the branch many time in these period of approximately 7months. I'm very disappointed by this kind of work policy. It is harrassing for me. And who is going take the responsibility for this delay. What is my mistake and what would be compensation of my time....

          Sir my father died on 24th November 2020 due to heart attack, I had also given all the papers to this company, initially the company balo had said that all my loan money left will be forgiven but now it is only Only 50 thousand are forgiven, I asked the insurance company, then those people told that we had insured that if the person who took the loan dies, then we would have to pay the damages of the loan, but all this work was done by the bank giving the loan. Will claim but the bank is saying that and our money is forgiven but here the bank branch manager took a pose, we are very poor, sir, our mother is sick, we are heart patients, we are all sisters, brothers are small, I pray to you. I do something sir, we have become very upset.

              Bike loan foreclosure

              Respected Sir, I have a bike loan with cholamandalam. I have 4 payments due for Sep. through Dec 2021 for the amount of 8671/. I have paid 8000/ last month but see no updates on their website. I am constantly calling and sending them requests but in vain. Their website is still showing 4 emi's are due. Pls help me foreclose this loan and get rid of these pests. Thank you very much.

                Hello sir/madam
                To the head of finance and investment, cholamandalam investment and finance company ltd.
                I am P********* from Chirala, I have taken a loan of[protected]lakhs) from our company on sep.2020. I would like to close my loan acct by repaying all the due amount. I was speaking to Mr. ******( cholamandalam investment and finance company ltd. MANAGER CHIRALA) from the last 3months I was keep on asking him that I would like to close my loan account.
                At first he said okay we can close the acct but its a month ending time. I am in a lots of pressure so leave me .for now, then I said ok for that. but it was been 3months.
                when I called him i.e today morning, , he answered me that there is no update in your request, I didn't get any update regards to your file from my head office
                I don't think so that it takes 3months (90days)of time to respond to a customer. if it was the exact process it was a joke. I here the same answers from your manager like you get that by today, call me after 1hour, after 1hour if I call him he askes to me to call afternoon, later on evening, after evening tomorrow he ask me to call me in the morning, the same routine has been going on from last 3months
                My young son Mr. ************, he went to London for his degree due to corona he comeback now he has to go back to finish his education I don't have any secondary option rather than selling my property, I can't help my self without doing this
                So please kindly understand my situation and please please speak to your local manager here, and also the one who can do this for me, and arrange the final clearance figure and also the list of documents
                When I was making the agreement for my customer, I consulted to our manager Mr. ******, and I had been asked for the clearing process I also I had intimating to manager that i am taking the advance from the party and he said ok, . You can take the advance and i will take care of the documents you needed
                Considering this request as a complaint and look after my work and make thus thing possibly by today or tomorrow itself
                I can make the payment with in 3-4days working days here in this mail I am attaching the call log that I had done with our manager Mr. ****** that you can how long I have been following up, everyday he used to say the same thing you get these by today evening, and in the he says tomorrow morning, even in the last night itself he said the same thing of routine, but today morning he saying you get these documents by Monday, the same thing happens in daily routine, I do not get a point here that the manager here he might not been working or the head office people was mot responding for him.
                Its my sons life, its my kind request please don't spoil my sons future
                So thankyou so much for reaching out all through, understand the situation and look after me and help me to get out of this.!

                  This is to confirm last from 5 to 6 months after continues mails and speaking in chola customer care I am mentally harresed for delaying Noc by branch manager of Thane branch Mr kundan and lady ujwala inspite of knowing the fact by giving vague argument and reasons as I don't have any Direct or indirect liability with Chola after my acct is closed as this had caused great agony & mental harresment to me as I wanted to sell my cab due to finical distress so I request ur good self to look into this matter and direct Chola to grant Noc and adequate compensation without any further delay

                      Respected Sir last from 5 months I had repeatedly requested by email & Chola app for NOC of HP cancellation of my vehicle MH03BC9486 loan acct XVFPTEV[protected] already cleared and closed in cholamandalam in month of march but cholamandalam repeatedly rejected my request stating that I had another linked acct XVFPTEV[protected]which is shortfall, but the said acct is of my surety and I had not stood surety to the same that means I don't have any direct or indirect liability with Chola but inspite of knowing the fact cholamandalam has denied to give Noc by giving vague argument & reasons this had caused great agony & mental harress ment to me as I wanted to sell my vehicle due to finincial distress owing to covid pandamic & has to borrow finance with higher interest rate from market to fulfil my loan, family needs&medical expenses, therefore I request ur good self to look into this matter urgently & direct cholamandalam to grant Noc with adequate compensation without any further delay

                      Still waiting for reply no response yet I think Chola don't want to solve this issue as its nearly 6 months I had just rec call saying due to technical issue in system Noc is hold but for this I am suffering too much finincial loss who will bear this loss so plz grant Noc with adequate compensation on prority

                          I jatinder Singh last from 4 months regularly confirming by email that my loan had been closed but my Noc is hold replying me that my guranter Mr balbir Singh acct is not cleared as I had not made any commitment or any guranty for any person in chola if he had not cleared than plz confirm with his guranter not me as when I had visited Thane branch previously Mr kundan branch manager has confirmed me I will recv my Noc shortly but after some days he called me saying that my acct is linked with Mr balbir as he is my guranter but after I had cleared all my outstanding and already my acct is closed I am not directly or indirectly leible for this matter as plz stop harressing me as Ieveryone know how last from 3 yrs business of tourisem is in loss but even though I had cleared my emi on time but I think Chola mandalam company and staff don't like good customer they like fraud but now i request plz stop harressing me or I will have to take legal action against company and staff

                              The emi amount was paid through the account when I started this loan, But due to a malfunction in my SB account so I paid the EMI through an app Gandhi Bazaar, , Why am I getting fined with the FVC

                              I am a valuable customer of Cholamandalam since last 1.5 years
                              Due to Covid19 affect I am facing lost losses on my Business, Even Now a days I am income is not stable due to all restrictions.

                              I owned a Car that financed by Cholamandalam as monthly EMI is 19, 330/-
                              Current situation its quite tough to manage I told every Cholamandalam Agent, I need sometime to pay.
                              But they are continuously Harassing me including my family.
                              They came almost everyday in my home.
                              Even though 1 month overdue.
                              They are continuously torturing me even using abuse word with me
                              Cholamandalam customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                24 September 2020 ko mene covid policie lene ke liye mere Bank Of Baroda account se 600 rs debit krvaye the vo policie aaj tak nahi mili, muje ushi date se policie chahiye please reply me.
