One of my uncle is a cab driver . He had purchased a car which was financed in 2019 through this chola (chor mandalam) finserv. Due to a lot of financial problems in the family .. Because of covid pandemic, he slipped the 3rd continuos installment . The road mafias of this chor mandalam caught his car and drove it to its ware house . He was in great trouble ..he was forced to take an informal loan ..from the market when we went to chor mandalams...

This is regarding foreclosure letter, i requested through email foreclorure letter and list of documents on 15th of this month through my registered email and i got reply on 21st of june and only they mentioned a number of ms/mrs leena and she did not taken any call when i again call then on 24th they said that you have to came in branch for request through hard copy and talked with me very unprofessional behaviour, . My 10 days are waste, now yesterday i visited and they need 1 month for this as per their words. Where is your policy to take this time, kindly send me this policy otherwise i go to sue against you all, at this pandamic everybody is working with online process but chola did not just harassed their customer
i need my both letter urgently otherwise take action against chola and their people with their behaviour
i have another loan with this loan account so required both foreclosure letter and list of property documents

Cholamandalam agent told me to pay the amount on gaadibazar. I have paid money on 15th date on gaadibazar application . And i got due for no reason .

As per the document provided at the time of loan processing, a cheque of HDFC bank was also given for auto-debit of EMI for each month against the Vehicle loan agreement - XSHUCOP[protected].

But after 2 months (Jan -2021and Feb -2021) successful deduction. we...

Due to covid 19 our emi is pending for one month and the present emi is on 05th of this month
Due to our business issues we are not able to honour the payment on time, but we are paying the emi on the same month
you can have a record, for one month pending emi, i do not the people who came to my house from the cholamandalam finance unknowingly
behaved vulgar
my wife is alone and they behave unwantedly and badly and stupidly,

We informed that we will pay the payment
but even though they are talking vulgar to my wife and my wife was totally admitted in the hospital
due to tis, we have a record the people behaviour in our home -

the recovery team agent name sri kannan associates and his name is jagadeesan

and the collection person prabu behaving unwantedly created a problem and shouted my wife and we are having a record
all voice record of that

if anything is happen to my wife the cholamandalam finance has to take steps to recover my loss
she is admitted in the hospital

we have given many complaints and grievances with the customer care centre no action was taken place

is this the way and behaviour of cholamandalam finance

if anything is happened to my wife then the cholamandalam is responsible

already she got operation,

We are going to take legal action against them and we are going to take a complaint on ombudsman

My name is partha pratim mitra. I have a car loan. Last year 2020 in November I'm applied for restructuring after payment November emi. Your agent vivek kumar said after one month that is 29th December 2020, that your approval done. Your monthly emi will start from March 2021.
Now your branch manager name sushovan banerjee threatening us and also said immediately pay 2 months(December January) emi amount 30000. And also said your restructuring approval not done. Then I said to your branch manager what is the actual cause. But he denied and also said I don't give any answer to you...either you pay the amount 30000 or we toing the car from road.
Sir we r helpless...for this pendamic situation immediately I'm not unable to pay...this amount 30000.
Your staff is rapidly denied for give us any relevant documents for restructuring...

Wrost finance company everseen in my life i recommended everyone to never get a loan from this fraud company with less service quality
