Gcl loan approved alredy before 10 days I don't receive they loan payment

While making insurance policy I clearly explained to cover the add on policy(bumper to bumper) insurance policy and agent also agreed for same so I payed the amount of 22.062rs for the policy, today my vehicle has some issue so I went to showroom then I came to know that my insurance policy is not covered add on policy(bumper to bumper) now I am not able to use the add on policy features. chola finance team in shimogga branch is made me fool and I want Justice for this issue please help me and kindly resolve this.please find the attached policy of my vehicle

I was approached by Cholamandalam collection team representatives Mr. Naveen Tomar (Phone number- [protected]) and Mr Ashwini Tomar (Phone number- [protected]) with regard to a proposal for One time settlement agreement (OTS) for the above-mentioned loan number.

We were requested to come to the Pusa Road Cholamandalam office at 2nd Floor, on 30th October 2020, where along with Mr. Ashwini...

I completed my three year two wheeler emi, i request for NOC so many times in calicut branch. But they are irresponsible for providing the noc. They cheating again and again.

I gave Mahendra Singh employee of your company chola mandalam 13000 rupees of EMI on date (7/8/2020) and he didn't submit that money in the company.I complaint about it to amit Singh and ram prasad of chola mandalam but they don't response anyway.kindly help me out with this issue otherwise i'll take legal action against your company.

Sir iam waiting from morning to foreclose amount but nobody is helping me tody totally i waisted my time, very bad experience from baramati branch

I completed all my due in August itself but still i didn't received my noc first i gave my account details to take the due amount directly in every month i put the money for due amount in my bank account date 8 th of my first due they didnt take the money in my bank account i visited the branch and asked they said due to some issue we cant take the money from your bank account so please pay your rest of your due's in branch thats why i paid all my due in the branch in person but now they say you need to pay the overdue amount for this and that tell me where is mistake here why i need to pay the overdue amount?
And also i didnt take any moratorium also but now they are telling me to pay the overdue amount how come i can pay the extra money i pay all my due before my due date.
my due date is 10 in every month i paid all my due amount rs 6053 in person before 10 of every month kindly check and close this issue and release my Noc please
I visit the branch in a daily basis and asked my noc they said your bill amount not reflecting in our system come again after 1 week like this for 2 months i am frequently visiting the branch even in this corona situation i am really tired i cant handle this any more so please look in to this issue other wise i am gonna book a complaint i dont have any other option i am literally vexed my your branch staff and customer care person also i said all the data they asked at the end of the call they said you didnt take the moratorium i checked from my end so i reversed it from my side said by chola customer care and also he said i raise a ticket regarding this and all
i spoked 6 customer care executives but still nothing is changed here for your information i attached the screen shot of my due dashboard kindly check and i paid all my due amount 7 to 9 th of every month if you want i ll provide the payment bill given by your branch really i dont know what to say please close this issue asap

Kindly reduce my ROI and provide me at least 9%

We have taken loan from cholamandalam
Executive said that your loan for 4years means 48months monthly emi is 21407 rupees we think that haa k but now they are showing as 57 months emi how we don't know when we calling to office nobody has providing the correct answer they saying come to office we will explain at the present situation we can't come please provide information on phone but they not able listen our conversation
And we extended the moritorium for 5months if add interest to it for 16% we will get 1months but they showing extra 4months i don't how

I am writing to dispute for charging the ecs bounced payment charge amount of rs. 295 on my account 4 times.

The amount is inaccurate because i am paying emi on a regular basis.
I discussed this with the branch staff and they said that the amount was cut due to a technical issue.

I am requesting that the error be corrected and the deducted amount be a credit to my account as soon as possible.

The very worst support team they didn't give me any reply to my mails also the is no receiving.

Branch staff also saying we can't do anything.

I am very stuck please help me.

I have a loan against property in cholamandalam financial holdings ltd, whose loan no. Xohedet[protected] is. As per rbi notification i apply moratorium, which is from may 2020 to august 2020, but cholamandalam financial holdings ltd still installed the installment in my bank account on august 17, 2020, even after applying the moratorium, my install date is every month 5, yet chola did the installment on august 17, 2020, i have complained to chola's customer care several times, that my installment should be repaired, covid-19 is already running financial problems and according rbi notification, you can not deduct the installment now, but the chola is not ready to listen to anything, so i request you to please get the money refunded to me.

What I am complaining about is that the rc book for my cart has not been given to me yet. It's going to take me a year to get a loan. I got a loan from a chola company in Trichy. The company did not say the right answer for me until this. Please tell me what I do to get my RC book from company. The answer they tell me is that the rc book has not yet arrived from the rto office. How can I travel without rc book. Please give the proper solution to get my RC book.

Hi. I mr. Shelton george from kolkata, have an active 2 wheeler loan # xvfpkat0000593 with cholamandalam. I had on may 12th 2020 sent in a support ticket, email and text message (Attached) requesting for a moratorium due to the lockdown. I received a reply back and therefore did not pay for the same month. However, i am constantly receiving calls saying that i need to pay up since my may 2020 payment as not paid, is not being considered as moratorium.

I've never dealt with a company that keeps calling daily, even for payment reminders, they constantly call you from the day of availing a loan.

This has turned that serious for me to now receiving connection calls even too from the sales representative mr kaustav samanta from hero vinline topsia rd.

I am now also being contacted via watsapp to pay up by some mr. Manoj kumar shaw ph #[protected].

Please let me know if this is something legal for them to do, as per the law i should be allowed moratorium too, as its just for a month which i could not afford but all rest payments are all made on time. Please help!

My account number xvfppon[protected] with register mobile number [protected], i making this complaint because where i cleared my every dues on[protected] with new charges including everything i cleared by paying online, i don’t understand why they made ecs again to my hdfc account with unknown charges where hdfc gave my bounce charges and cholamandalam also gave bounce charges too, i keep on every officials there is no proper response. I don’t want to
Bare this unwanted charges when i cleared every charges without any pending.
