My Name Pradeep Srivastava Residence 35/9 juhi safed coony Kanpur my vehicle is financed by your company which no is UP 78 DT 3655.
Due to corona transport business is very fall down so my emis pendind and I already sign the loan Restructure from.
This time my vehicle repo by your company but I haven't money proper one emi had deposited continue but why repo the vehicle
If you are not release my vehicle so I will sushide me.
Ok and complan your company in RBI.

    Our vehicle no is TN38CU 5539

    We have availed a car loan from cholamandalam finance
    Due to covid 19 our emi is pending for one month and the present emi is on 05th of this month
    Due to our business issues we are not able to honour the payment on time, but we are paying the emi on the same month
    you can have a record, for one month pending emi, i do not the people who came to my house from the cholamandalam finance unknowingly
    behaved vulgar
    my wife is alone and they behave unwantedly and badly and stupidly,

    We informed that we will pay the payment
    but even though they are talking vulgar to my wife and my wife was totally admitted in the hospital
    due to tis, we have a record the people behaviour in our home -

    the recovery team agent name sri kannan associates and his name is jagadeesan

    and the collection person prabu behaving unwantedly created a problem and shouted my wife and we are having a record
    all voice record of that

    if anything is happen to my wife the cholamandalam finance has to take steps to recover my loss
    she is admitted in the hospital

    we have given many complaints and grievances with the customer care centre no action was taken place

    is this the way and behaviour of cholamandalam finance

    if anything is happened to my wife then the cholamandalam is responsible

    already she got operation,

    the collection
    Prabhu from saibaba colony branch,
    Siva from saibaba colony branch and jagadeesan recovery agent
    Sri kannan associates, troubled me

    We are going to take legal action against them and we are going to take a complaint on ombudsman
    fails in this complaints will take a legal against cholamandalam finance for the loss and recovery of my wife

    the way and the behavior of cholamandalam team and the collection agent even this covid 19 is unbearable situation, which is not at all acceptable, we have a human rights for once behavior

    so much of frustation to me and my wife and totally upset, for the behaviour of the cholamandalam team recovery agent for one month emi pending - the person two black rowdys came and fight with my wife indecently, uneducatedly behaving like this is ???? - unacceptable

    we are not denying for the payments even after we informed that we will pay they want to recover the car???/

            My name is partha pratim mitra. I have a car loan. Last year 2020 in November I'm applied for restructuring after payment November emi. Your agent vivek kumar said after one month that is 29th December 2020, that your approval done. Your monthly emi will start from March 2021.
            Now your branch manager name sushovan banerjee threatening us and also said immediately pay 2 months(December January) emi amount 30000. And also said your restructuring approval not done. Then I said to your branch manager what is the actual cause. But he denied and also said I don't give any answer to you...either you pay the amount 30000 or we toing the car from road.
            Sir we r helpless...for this pendamic situation immediately I'm not unable to pay...this amount 30000.
            Your staff is rapidly denied for give us any relevant documents for restructuring...

                        While making insurance policy I clearly explained to cover the add on policy(bumper to bumper) insurance policy and agent also agreed for same so I payed the amount of 22.062rs for the policy, today my vehicle has some issue so I went to showroom then I came to know that my insurance policy is not covered add on policy(bumper to bumper) now I am not able to use the add on policy features. chola finance team in shimogga branch is made me fool and I want Justice for this issue please help me and kindly resolve this.please find the attached policy of my vehicle

                                I completed all my due in August itself but still i didn't received my noc first i gave my account details to take the due amount directly in every month i put the money for due amount in my bank account date 8 th of my first due they didnt take the money in my bank account i visited the branch and asked they said due to some issue we cant take the money from your bank account so please pay your rest of your due's in branch thats why i paid all my due in the branch in person but now they say you need to pay the overdue amount for this and that tell me where is mistake here why i need to pay the overdue amount?
                                And also i didnt take any moratorium also but now they are telling me to pay the overdue amount how come i can pay the extra money i pay all my due before my due date.
                                my due date is 10 in every month i paid all my due amount rs 6053 in person before 10 of every month kindly check and close this issue and release my Noc please
                                I visit the branch in a daily basis and asked my noc they said your bill amount not reflecting in our system come again after 1 week like this for 2 months i am frequently visiting the branch even in this corona situation i am really tired i cant handle this any more so please look in to this issue other wise i am gonna book a complaint i dont have any other option i am literally vexed my your branch staff and customer care person also i said all the data they asked at the end of the call they said you didnt take the moratorium i checked from my end so i reversed it from my side said by chola customer care and also he said i raise a ticket regarding this and all
                                i spoked 6 customer care executives but still nothing is changed here for your information i attached the screen shot of my due dashboard kindly check and i paid all my due amount 7 to 9 th of every month if you want i ll provide the payment bill given by your branch really i dont know what to say please close this issue asap

                                      This is to inform you regarding my rate of interest
                                      Which is 11.75 .As RBI has reduced interest rate
                                      But inspite of this LAP is floating you have not redu
                                      Ced my interest rate I have call 1000 time written
                                      A mail but still my problem has not been resolved.
                                      You people have increase my 2 EMI without
                                      Informing me once I asked you told sir rate of
                                      Interest has increased by RBI that's why we have
                                      Increase your EMI.Now RBI has decreased ROI
                                      You people have not decreased my ROI.in complete Lockdown period I have paid my EMI taking money
                                      From my friend and not a single EMI has bounced
                                      From last 7 year. This is my hard earn money kindly
                                      Decrease my ROI and provide me at least 9%
                                      Which is provided by lot of bank now a days.
                                      From last 72 hours I received 100 calls saying
                                      That kindly keep sufficient balance in your account
                                      For coming EMI on 5th.it is my humble request
                                      Kindly reduce my ROI and provide me at least 9%
                                      ROI.For this I will be highly obliged.

                                        We have taken loan from cholamandalam
                                        Executive said that your loan for 4years means 48months monthly emi is 21407 rupees we think that haa k but now they are showing as 57 months emi how we don't know when we calling to office nobody has providing the correct answer they saying come to office we will explain at the present situation we can't come please provide information on phone but they not able listen our conversation
                                        And we extended the moritorium for 5months if add interest to it for 16% we will get 1months but they showing extra 4months i don't how
                                        Please help in this
