This is vamsi krishna and i have vehicle loan account in cholamandalam finance company. My account number xvfppon[protected] with register mobile number [protected], i making this complaint because where i cleared my every dues on[protected] with new charges including everything i cleared by paying online, i don’t understand why they made ecs again to my hdfc account with unknown charges where hdfc gave my bounce charges and cholamandalam also gave bounce charges too, i keep on every officials there is no proper response. I don’t want to
Bare this unwanted charges when i cleared every charges without any pending.

Cholamandalam ne ek mahine me do bar chek lagaye hai or wo chek bonce ho gaya to mujhe icicibank ne 800 rupai charges gaye hai to chola office me jak pucha to wo bolte hai isme ham kuch nai kar sakte. Mere pas dare document hai.

I financed the bike from Cholamandalam, which is paying regular money but the company is deducting 3–3 am from my account in a month and

Mr. I had taken a loan from chola finance company on the vehicle. Had taken moratorium due to fear of kovid but after 10 days the money came, chola branch manager took the advice and paid 3 installments online from the chola app and on 28 june 2020, the last installment is still my loan, i have installed moratorium and the installment will be paid by the chola company. Is not accepting
Therefore, in the public interest, please order the company that those who have installments should not be disturbed.

I did payment on 8th of June still they are saying that we havent recieved your payment.

I also visited their lucknow office still no one is helping or resolving my issue.

Also they put extra interest because according to them I havent paid this months emi

Hi team,

This is manivel thangavel regarding vehicle loan issue and miss behaving chola bank team (Dharmapuri). My mother (Ms. Jaya. T) is a customer of this agreement (Xvfpdpi[protected]). We took the loan for vehicle and paid all the dues without any delay till dec 2019. unfortunately last 3 emi (3 emi pending) not able to pay with certain issue apology for same. Chola team came and took my vehicle. I agreed all are my mistake and paid all the pending dues by[protected] with rs.49000.
While seize the vehicle, chola team (Dharmapuri branch) came and took all properties of vehicle document what were kept inside the vehicle (Vehicle cover, tow, original book[rc] and insurance). I'm not getting any proper response from the branch if i ask anything in the branch. They are telling meet manager to get the approval. I tried many times to meet manager but he's not available in the branch and not get any approval. The bank people not even responding anything.
They are not even giving clearance statement letter after paid the pending due also. No one responding properly in the branch.
I paid all the pending dues and committed to pay future dues also without any delay. chola bank team not even responding and giving anything i asked many times. They are continuously blaming like 'we not taking anything except vehicle'.
We are very sure and we kept all the document inside of the vehicle only. i'm a genuine customer.

The branch people continuously blaming customers just seized the vehicle and took whatever along with vehicle. Meantime they should not giving back anything to customer. Some of the poor customer left the vehicle in the branch due to branch peoples misbehaving. The branch peoples doing lot of illegal actives with local agency. i got few more updates from the same branch they are continuously blaming lot of customers also.
I hope company take necessary action and give back vehicle with documents and other items.

I. E we are waiting for mail, or even many times he said your sarary is credited in 2 or 3 days but not risponded.
Even many time he don't pick my call..
That is very bad experince to work in chola mandalam...
Please give me revert on this as soon as possible

As discussed on january 10, 2020 on phone. Vd my husband mr ashwani arora for making fool and harassing by ur company delhi staff i m very much regret to complain about mr. Lalit kumar mishra and his co staff members

I anjali arora having code no. 12002 vd ur co.in delhi. My husband mr. Ashwani arora procures d business frm market and shares vd ur compamy for d last sm years.

In every cases some extra money is to be demanded by the mentioned fellow and moreover i[censored]nfortunately login cheque is bounced, the cash of double amount with panelty of rs.590/- is also to be demanded and d case was nt sanctioned also and inspite of giving this money no cash receipt is to b issued against such cash.

And more over d docket signing stamp paper charges and notory charges are also demanded from me i. E amounting to rs. 5500/-6000/- in every cases and no receipt is being issued of all these money as that money goes to his pocket and for his family welfare and not for d company.

I request u to direct mr. Lalit kumar mishra to issue d cash receipt on that date when he has taken d money for sanction d case i. E. 27 dec 2019 to 30 dec 2019 amounting to rs. 23036/-. Which is nt possible as d money has been used by himself only and for the company account.
Sr, pls help me come out of this conspiracy o[censored]r mentioned staff so that i can wrk vd ur esteemed company.

I referal for one customer finance in solamandalam agreed for pay out but customer finance amount rs 6.5 lakh but not responds the solamandalam finance employe refered loan july 2019 month on going 3 month before but not given pay out amount for 1.5% so please helfull for this complaints cholamandalam finance palacode manager mr. Anand gopal the finance eplmploye not respondsble

Myself dilawar singh, i applied for my lap lone closing approval application on 4/04/2019, and i haven’t received my approval yet, and the services are very poor at your office here, i m dealing with mr. Vinod kumar, maximin time they said is 21 days for this approval but it’s been 27 days, and staff at your office here in karnal they straight way they say they can’t help me at all,

Sir, mam. My loan with cholamandalam was closed on july 2018. But the insurance refund is not issued yet to me, according to chola which was to be issued within 40days of loan closure. My lan is - xoheyam[protected]. And.

I take a loan against my vechicle. I paid all emi but the company not give me the noc of my vechicle. They say that there are some due for cheque bounced and the amount is 39911 rs. I enquiring in the branch of finance company but there are not satisfying answering by company. Now i received notice from the company lawyer for diposite the amount for noc.

I want to close my cholamandalam loan after one year. But they are charging 4 % forclosure 43000. This charges are double of what principal i have paid in year with regular timely repayment of installments. How they are allowed to charge such charges even after the circular of rbi regarding the non levy of such charges.

Dear Sir, My Loan Ac no- XVFPPAR[protected], I am Bibhu Prasad dash, Younger brother of Prabhu Prasad dash, He is the owner of this vehicle, He is out of india and can't come early, i have not given 3 EMI Car loan, so ur Financer taken my car from me last 15 days, I had arrange the money to give the loan but the manager refused to give my car because he wanted to saw the owner of the car, i have called the branch manager but he don't receive my cal.if they did n't give my car in 1 week, Unfortunately i will complaint to the consumer court.

Me salim moula ali khan win in auction a four wheeler tempo 24/3/18. Godown - eshwari sanpada. Cin l 65993 tn 1978 plc 007576 bill no es 24/mar/18 vxfptev[protected]. I made all the dues whatsoever and finally the vehicle was delivered to me. To my surprise when i went to transfer in my name, to my surprise i came to know that the vehicle delivered to me is not matching with the vehicles papers. The chassis no. Is different than what papers show. Since last four months i am suffering that i cannot use this vehicle. Simply my hard earned money is lost in this mess.

I am a ex customer of your organisation.i was the guarantor of agreement number : XSHUTYV[protected]. Which was settled all payments last three years before by me.And I was borrower of XSHUTYV[protected]. Which was settled the complete payments last year by me. Both the accounts are reflecting in CIBIL still today also mentioned as overdued account. Last year also I visit your trichy thillainagar office. They told me that was not our work...

My loan no. X0herhe[protected], i request to reduce rate of interest, they charge me 1% of loan+gst extra (91, 359), i call chola customer care they said they can't help for this and they don't know about my request, i think surat branch manager is involved in this because of customer care have no information about it how it possible, what is the use of customer care, help me plz
