We have not seen this such as poor service of in this industry; this company (Cholamandlam investment & finance company ltd) will not adjust your part payment paid during the period. They charge huge amount as foreclosure charges after given in writing, they create a clause at the time of payment. Three people (Mr aman, mr anil, mr tyagi) in karol bagh delhi office will make you fool. They will part payment making you fool. Loan account number is x0heeld[protected]. We had paid emi dated 05.03.2018 on time and we have done part payment of rs 3.91 cr between 05.03.2018-25.03.2018) but they deducted emi dated 05.04.2018 from our part payment. As on full loan amount.
Secondly three people in this branch no revert on mails as well on phone, the customer care of this company will not respond on mails as well as on telephone.

Mr. Nishant told me that you have come to the branch and then we will talk on this subject. He also told me that surrender your car if you are unable to pay. My question is that if i have already paid so much interest so why should i will surrender this car. I have already paid 175630/- with interest.

But as i have already mention my problem that because of business loss i am paying this emi from my pocket and now i am not able to pay further emi and i want to settle this account by paying in 1 time basis. My relative is ready to give some amount to pay off this loan.

I request to you that please give me calculation on the basis my account. My total outstanding till date is 320000/- and i will ready to pay 200000/- if you will allow me on the basis of settlement.

We have purchased one truck on december 2016 from chola bank, due to the payment delay from transporter we are unable to clear the last month instalment, after requesting so many times to telecallers and area inchargers also they are misbehaving with us over the phone. Particularly from the below mentioned two numbers we have received call from telecallers and they have behave with us very cheaply and questioned on our status and ability which can't accept by any customer.

When they giving the LOAN, they begged me for the LOAN. Now, I have per-closed the LOAN amount of full closing amount. but still i'm not got NOC for the vehicle . When i visit the branch for this, they saying call the CUSTOMER CARE number.When i called them they visit branch for it. Where i need to go now. If i forgot to pay one single month EMI. They calling me for any cost. but now its totally opposite. They giving interest rate 15.7% compare to other bank. They putting interest double the rate.But Zero service. One cheater i never ever seen the bank with service . Simply they are number one ###. They eating money i think so.

Sir, i have sent my pf doc addressing to mr uppillippan/ karthik by blue dart express on 30/08/17 vide congt no [protected], after despatch i haven't received returned doc nor my pf amount credited in my account for this i am waiting for six months, plz look the matter. I purchased my vehicle (Maruti Eeco; Reg No. DL 3CCE 1382) in 2016 after getting a loan from Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, Delhi, bearing Agmnt. No. XVFPDSN[protected].

I promptly made all the payments and cleared the loan (the last installment being made on[protected] for Rs. 2, 48, 500.) and now I want to obtain the clearance certificate (NOC) to that effect.

I personally visited your branch on two occasions and requested to provide me NOC in respect of my vehicle. They asked me to get the vehicle particulars from the Delhi Transport Department. I went to Delhi Transport Department and obtained the Vehicle Particulars (Attached in the email) and visited your Delhi Branch again on[protected]. To my shock and surprise, the concerned persons in your branch are not ready to provide me the NOC saying that the loan hypothecation information is not coming in the VAAHAN website! I told them that it's not because of any fault it is not showing in the VAAHAN web-page, but the Vehicle Particulars of the Delhi Transport Department clearly indicates it (hypothecation); and there is a proof of my complete payment in the records of Chola, which should be sufficient to give me the NOC. But, officials in your branch are not understanding.

I called your grievance redressal number[protected] and[protected] a couple of times. Every time they say that they would call me back. But I did not get any calls so far.

Iwas trying to close my loan... There was 12 remaing. I asked them to give me a good price for closing a huge amonud but the reply was very bad... The amnd tht they can discount me was only 600 rs.
How that be possible.. Iam paying 118000. Togthr and nly 600 rs.. We were planing to xchange the vehcle and cont. The same finance service. This is very cruel ifelt.. When we buy a good worth 3000 rs i get min 250 dicound... Not evn such kind of mankind.. So bad service.. I. Nvr evr recommnt ny one in ths finance....

I have paid money through online in the month of may 2017. Insurance expires in the month of june 2017. Till now they have not renewed my policy. I communicated with several emails and they have not responding. Today i called customer care they are saying policy was not renewed.
I would like file case against and penalty for non renewal of policy.

Hi all,

This is regarding the damage in my vehicle tn10aj1959 and reported the issue on 11th july 2017. After the inspection due to delay in reporting is the reason mentioned for "claim rejection". After i tried reaching several times through this number #[protected] to reach vanitha superior of the inspection person.
But no proper response from them. Cholamandalam is the one of the worst insurance in entire insurance companies.

I want to know the what is problem in reporting earlier or later?. I had the medical emergency on that day so i left the vehicle and reported upon on my return.

Please clarify. This is worst insurance customer response so far i faced in my experience.

I have taken personal loan of Rs.20, 000 (Twenty thousand) from CHOLAMANDALAM FINANCE @36% Interest PA in August 2008 & completed EMIs in August 2011. But, they uploaded outstanding amount in CIBIL by adding additional charges it seems. Still it is appearing.There are many business people who defaulted crores of rupees are enjoying life... But, these companies making trouble to common people like us. When we ask for settlement they are saying that case handed over to ENRON SECURITIES, Mumbai. Should we go Mumbai from Hyderabad?!?

I have a home equity loan running with Cholamandlum Pusa Road New Delhi branch since 20th may I have been asking for foreclosure letter and LOD and visited the branch on 30 th may 2017 and filled up the form and gave a written request also but after following up till date i.e 4 th July 2017 I have not received the same and when I visit their branch I am made to wait for hours and with no result, the employees I was interacting don't pick the calls nor reply to my messages.i don't know whom to approach it's simply harassment.

X0heeld[protected], i am anil thareja from new delhi who has taken a loan from your respected finance grou[p cholamandalam of rs. 30, 00, 000 and also given rs. 5, 00, 0000/- as a part payment for in august 2016. But it is not showing my soa (Statement of account) as it has not been still deducted from my statement of account and i have been charged interest on deducted account and also did not deducted its interest which i should have not been charged on giving of rs.5, 00, 000/-
I went to cholamandalam at karol bagh branch, but nobody is paid some heed to my issue problem. And still i my statement of account shows that my principal amount has not been deducted from rs.5, 00, 000/-

Please help me that to whom should i concern for the problem facing.

I had a loan with cholamandalam finance cochin office for vehicle no. KL05- AA 3135 and i was closed loan on 27.03.1, I have requested for closure statement but not received. Last 03 days got call from Chola Head office regarding EMI payment. I informed 02 to 03 person, that loan was closed but again they are called and asking for payment. I am working in private company and I cant allow this disturbance. I called Chola Cochin office and talked with Mr. Shyju, as per his information allocation done from Chennai only they can't do anything from their end. I asked his employee code but he disconnect the phone.

Kindly help me to stop their disturbance.

I have registered a claim with cholamandalam by 1st week of december to repair my windshield, but i was unable to take my car for service until feb because of vardha cyclone, our cm's demise and other personal health reasons, when i took my car for service the accessor from cholamandalam was not aware if i will be covered in insurance or not at the time when i left for service, he told me to get the car serviced and later he will follow up on the claim, but when the repair was completed the next day he cunningly called me to say my claim registration got expired and this particular service cannot be claimed. I am not sure if he is aware of the insurance act, 1938.
But i was well aware of this cunning behaviour of the accessor but as the amount was less than 10, 000 i just ignored the incident and learned a lesson not to ever associate or let any of my organisation members to go for cholamandalam at any cost.

Now with cholamandalam, i have not claimed a single penny against my insurance premium, on the renewal, i have to look for a better option but when i took the insurance with no-claim bonus, cholamandalam goofed to say i had a claim on my insurance.
Cholamandalam has availed a tax benefit on registering and concluding a fake claim which is legally not right. I am not sure how many of such fake claims cholomandalam is registering to avail tax benefits from the government.

Hence i need clarifications from whom so ever concerned from cholamandalam to let me how can you give a goofed up feedback on my claim status. Where us there was nil financial transactions involved or related to this claim.

as i want to repay my balance loan since end jan 17 i am telling them for my list of documents and foreclousure letter, then i wrote to them on 16/2/17 and on 25/2/17 and many personal visit but they were not giving at all

finally they gave on 27/3/17

sir in fore closure letter they have added 2% foreclosure charges rs 496510/ which is totally unauthorize and is against the rules of rbi guidelines dated 14/7/2014 vide rbi 2014-15/121 dn(pd)ccno 399/3.10.42/2014-15 and also vide circular dnbs (pd)cc no 80/0310.042/2005-06 dtd 28/9/2006 and pargraph 2(a) (iii)of master circular dnbs(pd).Cc.No.388/03.10.042/14-15dated july 1 2014

sir you have clearly mentioned that they cannot charge fore closure charges then also they are harresing us and they are charging foreclosure chages

sir my humble prayer that your kindself direct cholamandlm co not to charge foreclosure charges of rs 496510/ which is against the rule of your circulars

and give a fresh foreclosure letter without foreclosure charges

My vehicle is covered by bumper to bumper (Nilldip) in your insurence company, recently i met with an accident and the total left side of my vehicle is damaged but the company agent said that the way of damage is miss matching thats why we wont give the for the total damage. Evev i have submited the police fir about the accident and how much the car is damaged, eventhough they are refused to give the insurence. The thig i cont understood is that the agent is deciding how theaccident happens and how much the damage occure, that is the worst thing here and they said the policefir is wrong.

Cholamandalam complants redressal given message that not able to contact me by phone.today i received phone calls from usa delhi chennai and manyplaceses.it is highly un acceptable for giving this type of message to me.
i talked with tool free no and i was asked to go to the office to pay the dd.but manager says you have to pay till the day of closure.
is it my fault to pay the interest.
the company refused to give the preclosure statement and gave after 15 days
icrried money 1croreand 11 lakhs to the officebut reused,
was told to bring it to icici bank-iwent there-again not accepted-
