Cholamandalam Finance — regarding salary that is hold by hr from last 3 months

My salary is hold from last 3 months,

They always making false excuses every time.
I. E we are waiting for mail, or even many times he said your sarary is credited in 2 or 3 days but not risponded.
Even many time he don't pick my call..
That is very bad experince to work in chola mandalam...
Please give me revert on this as soon as possible
