I got two wheeler loan at sathyamangalam branch. My due date is on 28th of every month.For last three month I was not able to pay on time I got bounce charge debited from my account of Rs.590. I have paid the due amount to collection person on 30th of these three month that I paid the amount 2 days later. After collecting the due they have again passed the check on 4th on these month again I got bounce charge. After the payment also they are passing the check. I don't know the reason. For this three months totally Rs.3540 has been debited without proper reason and response. Apart from this my due date that is repayment schedule date was on 28 th of every month but they have passed check on 22.02.2022 in this month and I got bounce charge of Rs.590 debited from my account. This is the most improper way of charging.They have pass the check only on the repayment schedule date but have passed before itself and after the payment also they are passing the check. For the loan amount of Rs.73, 700 now I'm paying about one and half lakh for a two wheeler. There is no proper response too. As a middle class family this is too disappointment. Cholamandalam customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 27, 2023 Updated by Nishaarumugam I got two wheeler loan at sathyamangalam branch, Erode. My due date is on 28th of every month, I'm paying it regularly but for few month on 2022 I was not able to pay on time. I paid bounce charge and the collection staff came for collection on 30th of those month and payment was made properly to him. But even after payment was done on 30th, cheque was again passed on 4th and bounce charge of 590 was made. While complaining about this to collection staff there is no proper response and even after I'm requesting him that i will pay it on bank before 4th, they are compelling us to pay on 30th itself by cash. Likewise bounce charge was doubled for every missed month and now they are saying us to pay around 21, 000 bounce charges for clearance. Main complaint was even after the payment they are passing the cheque and charging us bounce charge. I have already complained about it. But there is no proper response. Now it is the last final month of due while reaching the branch to talk about this problem they are saying us to pay this last month due then only they are ready to talk about this. Finally I'm requesting you to clear this issue. For a single month missed payment even after the payment was made I'm paying around Rs. 1770 which is half of my due payment. This is fake charge. Kindly clear this issue.
