Cholamandalam Investment And Finance Company Limited (Chola) — non renewal of health insurance policy after payment

I have paid money through online in the month of may 2017. Insurance expires in the month of june 2017. Till now they have not renewed my policy. I communicated with several emails and they have not responding. Today i called customer care they are saying policy was not renewed.
I would like file case against and penalty for non renewal of policy.
