As per rbi notification i apply moratorium, which is from may 2020 to august 2020, but cholamandalam financial holdings ltd still installed the installment in my bank account on august 17, 2020, even after applying the moratorium, my install date is every month 5, yet chola did the installment on august 17, 2020, i have complained to chola's customer care several times, that my installment should be repaired, covid-19 is already running financial problems and according rbi notification, you can not deduct the installment now, but the chola is not ready to listen to anything, so i request you to please get the money refunded to me.
