I have registered complaint in your website regarding pre closure charges 4% on 8th august 2016. Thank you for taking early action and got response from cholamandalam. But they didnt settle the preclosure charges till now,

My loan account no is x0heche[protected]. My outstanding amount is rs.4017593, but they charged 42, 22, 7698. Please kindly do the needful.

No response from cholamandalam investment and finance regarding foreclosure charges. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I have to pay exam fees for my daughter. please help me
