Cholamandalam — Loan foreclosure

I have taken a car loan in Feb 2022 of 550000 from Suraj samdar haldwani branch cholamandalam employee he informed me interest of 7% at the time of loan but later I got to know the interest is 11.98% then I am paying emi of 12229 monthly but in January 2023 car met with accident and in total loss now in may I want to foreclosure the loan and the principal amount is 449296 but they are asking to pay 490000 I have paid the emi till March after excident also
