I attached my policy. With this complaint and I renewed my policy on 13/08/2021 with bank of baroda ubharan ta malpur dist Aravalli Gujarat... Transaction ID 00359024..but since today I have not been receiving policy form chola ms. And chola employ can not answer properly.if policy not renew than back my money as soon as or give ma policy...

    Hello I was admitted in hospital at 28september in there network hospital but that time hospital people said we are unable to provide cashless facility then we are paid 90000 to the hospital and hospital said it will reimburse and we are submitting document to chola ms and investigation will b done and now they said we are provide fake document thats the reason they are decline our reimbursement kindly help us to recover my reimbursement .

      It's been months and I am struggling to pass my claim.
      I have sent several mails to and also reach out via Twitter, tagging irdai also in the loop.
      But getting no response..
      Tried to reach out grievance dept of chola but no response . All of my mails went unanswered.

      Help me here.

        I'm writing this email with utmost frustration and hundreds o[censored]nanswered phone calls from the insurance team regarding my recent claim against my vehicle Maruti Ertiga TN07 CV 6613.

        My policy number is 3311/00365956/000/00

        So far i have not received any break up of my rejected items and the reason for the additional charge of Rs 35, 761 though my policy is fully covered.

        After several phone calls to the dealer, he shared a mail for the rejected items that comes to around only Rs 10000, also didn't know the reason for the rejected item of Rs 6000.

              I have been keep following up for the insurance (cashless reimbursement) for the subjected policy number from day 1 when my father got hospitalized and I haven’t got any response from the insurance team still now.

              Since the hospitalization expenses increases day by day and haven’t heard anything of the cashless process from the insurance person, I was forced to the situation to discharge my father as I could not able to bare the hospitalization expenses which turns to his Death now.

              Now, I have applied for reimbursement with the above claim number. After following more than 100+ days and several email follow-ups, the claim has been approved last month but still the amount is not disputed.
              Request you to look into this issue.

                  I have been trying to raise a claim intimation about my car accident from the date of accident which is on 13th Jul and unable to raise it netiher through their IVR system or Customer Care or Website.

                  The call wait time to reach to a customer care officer says 8 minutes and it never goes to to a customer care officer at all

                    I Regrated to write you that whatever observation mentioned by you that insured is suffering from Diabetes since 2 years which is totally false and fabricated, I never manipulate/hide any information regarding Diabetes while proposing of Insurance, primarily it was proposed for Health Insurance by me in the month of September-2019

                    Please note that the insured has submitted the claim of actual/true bills which was hard-earned money, could not be left without justification.

                      I am Vinod Shah and my father in law Named : Mr. Sudhakar Bhaleroa was admitted on 1-07-21 Under the observation Of Dr Chirag Patel at Shalby Multi specialist hospital in (Naroda ) Ahmedabad having Policy Number: 2876/00100862/000001/000/00. Membership Number : A6403350A, Claim Number [protected] And Claim Ref. 253496.
                      Although having a channel Hospital they refuse to give cashless facility and and they consider this as a Pre-existing disease and the Doctor Team Clear the doubt by issue the letter that the patient suffer from Appetite & Acute liver injury to Cholamandalam MS General Insurance and the disease is not Pre-existing one then also they are disapproving the claim. And when i request to arrange a meeting with Doctor and Concerned person of cholamandalam they denied for that too.

                      So its my Request you to help us in this ...

                        Today I contact Mr. shashikant Yadav, and he said I continue forwarded your all bills for payout old 9412/- amount and latest payout bill but CHOLA MS HEAD OFFICE not release your payout amount..

                        Not solve from Shashikant yadav ji my payout commission 9412/- related query and he said already me yours all payout related Bill's forward but HO not release payout..

                        And not solved my query so I mailed CUSTOMER CARE but customer care ask branch manager, i don't understand Branch manager said I already submitted Bill in HO so customer Care why do not contact to Head office...

                        Very worst service of customer care i only continue mail and call but not only your person contact me regarding this..

                        So only last option at me if complaint in police chola Ms company regarding fraud and cheater only do the work from agent but that time give payout don't give...

                        21/06/2021 Monday, I file police complaint and one complaint in IRDA regarding CHOLAMANDLAM FRAUD and CHEAT service..

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          I beg to state that I have been denied my COVID-19 claim of Rs. 1, 00, 047.00 by CHOLA MS Health Insurance (Copy Enclosed) for which I have been a member for the last four years. The expenditures includes medicines, HR-CT Chest Scan, RT-PCR Test, Pathology tests, equipment, Ambulance, every day doctor" & Nursing charges etc. as per doctor's advise and its prescriptions. The denial has been on account of :

                          "On perusal of the claim documents, it is observed that the member got admitted in the hospital for the treatment of Covid -19 and enclosed documents suggest all member vitals are stable and as per MOHFW guidelines member does not require hospitalization and treatment can be done under Home quarantine".

                          Sir, I have been a member of the Chola MS Health Insurance policy for the last four years and never claimed any amount since then.

                          Sir, I lost my job in COVID and am still struggling to find a source of income to run my family.

                          During the second wave of COVID April- May 2021, I became infected & a victim of COVID disease and incurred heavy expenses for my treatment under the Medanta Hospital run COVID center at Gurgaon.

                          It is to be noted that I have taken the Chola MS Health Policy for my health not for keeping this policy in the file. When there is a threat to my Health, this policy should work for me.

                          Sir, as you are aware that almost all the hospitals and medical establishments did not have places to treat COVID patients. The patients were treated underneath the trees, on the roads, on the trucks, isolation centers & vehicles wherever they found convenient. The situation remained the same for me in the above case. Hence, I was given Medanta run COVID center as vacancy bar was prevailing due to emergency & critical patients in the hospital in April-May 2021(Second Wave of Covid).

                          Sir, I request your intervention to conclude my policy claim positively under my grim financial conditions, I am going through.

                            I took an insurance policy on 16 September 2020 with number 2876/00085259/000005/000/00. One of the person in this policy named ARIFA PA (A6217139V) consulted Neurosurgeon Dr. Jacob Chacko in Rajagiri Hospital, Chunangamveli on 02 January 2021 as the person suffered from severe headache and Dizziness. After the inspection ARIFA PA got admitted for 4 days till 05 January 2021 for further check up. scanning and observation. Later Dr. Jacob Chacko finds out that ARIFA PA have Mental illness and suggested to consult a psychiatrist. On that basis ARIFA PA discharged from Rajagiri Hospital. I submitted the bill from Rajagiri Hospital for Reimbursement to Chola MS but it got rejected by saying that the Mental Illness is not covered in the policy. Later ARIFA PA consulted psychiatrist Dr. Rajendraprasad in NAIR HOSPITAL in kundannoor and admitted for 7 days. Again I submitted the hospital bills to Chola MS for reimbursement as I realised that Mental Illness is covered in the policy. But my application rejected again by Chola MS with the same reason. I need a proper explanation for why my reimbursement application rejected twice. Also requesting you to approve both of my reimbursement applications as soon as possible.

                              Hi I Chola MS General Insurance Private Limited in my policy number is[protected] paid amount 1600 iPad company and open my policy but the time my accident and I read complain and my claim number is completely processor but that time this company is very harassment and not give information me so I call anytime many time but company only forward any other number so so I that time very hard probably so my vehicle number is is MH 23 av1230

BABY VISHWANATH CHAUDHARI, kindly writing this application regarding claim no-[protected] related to my stolen vehicle MH-15 BJ-8555, which is being settled on 10-september-2020 without my consent. But as it is settled, till date I had not received my claim amount.
