I have a policy from u r side on sept date is approx 21/22 which policy whatsApp me from uma (u r marketing exe) in my policy my name is wrong so i instantly inform to uma. After 5/7 days i follow-up for my right name policy but uma us lying me they can't do anything after this uma getting maternity leave and giving my case to tamanna she is double lying executive she was told me i will correct it with in 10 days but after 10 days result will be zero. Then after another time i follow tamanna then she told me after one month u r policy will be corret. Upto to my policy is no correction today I have completed approx one month.
So think about u r company and employee how much lying talk with customer. I shocked about it. Tamanna do not collect my call since today noon. So pls close u r business. And dont suffering customer. It's going wrong message to custilomer for u r side.

Today in the morning 9/30 am I telling to tamanna pls refund me and closed my policy that time she telling me u can't get full money
I tell her why it's not my mistake
Then after I tell her how much money cut she tell me I will reply half an hour. After that she was not reply me and not receive my call

Last day sunday I send whatsApp to tamanna what's my policy status
She tell at present I am in birthday party of my sister's son
And I will reach at home after that I see my laptop and I tell u r policy status
Bus she can't give me any status
So today morning I repeat her pls tell my policy status at 10 am
She tell me within half an hour I telling ng
But she is lying

          As per my policy number[protected] my complaint is this. Does the customar know how many days in chola finance the car is deposited after accident. No one said to me what is the time duration of accident o[censored]r car. When i am deposit of my car of service centre then he said me. Ur date is more than 15 days. So pls resolve my issue.

            I had a comprehensive vehicle insurance for my car with cholamandalam and in the month of nov i had a small accident and went for a claim. Till now, the process is not completed for claim as i provided required documents and photos for claim process. The claim facilitator is not responding to my phone call or message in a timely manner for providing the status. I called up customer support team and they said the claim amount is (Even claim amount is approved less than 30% which i claimed\costed for repair) approved and it will be credited within 3 days. But still i am waiting and it is now 3 months now waiting for claim credit. Really very bad - pathetic claim process or service from cholamandalam. Claim process number is [protected].

              I had a due at 28 but they tried at 30 without informing me. It got bounced due to some bank internal charges between this gap days. These stupid guys collected fine from both sides. Because of this guys i want to pay fine amount. Please don't go for this. Why government allowing like such fraud companies in india?. They doing same to everyone. Please have a strict action against that murugappa group of companies. Through away from india.

                I am very disappointed from your company. To give fake promises. Before admitting i have already informed to your customers care regarding hospital name and address that time your person give positive response from your side they said me after discharge submit all bills

                Before 3 days i got mail from your side my claim is rejected due to given reasons of ayurvedic.

                I am read all policies regarding piles operation their is not mention anywhere to not pass claim ayurvedic.

                I have submit all bills blood 💉testing, anthesis bills, operation bill.
                From 1 st day i am concerned your customer care but no one give any suggestion from your side, i was already inform with your customer care about ayurvedic treatment but no one give idea about this. Also i have all recording of 📱 calls. Your customers care to give assurance to get benefits.

                So finally i am really disappointed to your company. Also i have proof of each every phone 📞calls. I will taken strictly taken actions with proper court actions against company.
                To give frauds promise.

                Also i have shared each and every calls to anybody please don't apply cholams.
                Because i am currently facing problem.
                No one help me from your company.

                I have lost of my money. I know the value of company but your company is responsible for that.

                  Had purchased a car insurance policy when the policy was initially under a company name as it was purchased under car lease program later i had bought the car by paying the money of the value of the car and the lease was closed and i got the noc to register the vehicle on my name.

                  Now here the problem starts. I had renewed the policy on company name as i was in the process of getting rc changed on my name. I still remember the renewal advisor stating all they need is a copy of rc to get the policy on my name but now they are playing games stating that i need to go company where i bought the car to change the policy on my name.

                    I am customer of chola health last 3 years and i am sdmitted in rajkot gujarat big gastrologist for 2 days and i am submitted all original documents in chola rajkot office but after one month chola query for icp papers and i am submitted all icp papers in chola mail id and ond day chola officer visit in my hospital and my place check all documents but now company rejected my claim and making reason wrong papers please help

                      Waiting for my car toyota corolla finance clearance noc. They are taking too long to provide my finance clearance noc every time i try contact the agent from where i have bought that car, he keep on saying same thing (Sir we have applied for that. But your noc is still not been issued from chennai main branch)... Here what should i do? I cant even transfer the car ownership on my name because of the noc.

                        My car has been met with an accident and claim has been registered. I have sent whatever the documents surveyor has asked and my approval is still pending. Its been 20 days and the surveyor is not responding to my call. I really never seen this kind of irresponsibility from any other insurance companies. This is my first insurance policy in chola. I am wondering why i have made a policy in your company

                          The irdai and high court of chennai have ordered the insurer to issue the policy with 'pa for owner cum driver"at sum assured of rs.15, 00, 000/- with a premium collection of rs.750/- from 21/09/2018. As i tried to issue a policy with the company, the policy wording in the bottom of the online proposal page asked me to select,"pa owner driver cover waiver", whereas i need the policy cover. While asking the company executives, they confirmed the policy will be issued with that cover without doubt.

                          My question is, then why in the online proposal form it ask to select the"waiver" option, after selecting only the proposal can be saved and the policy could be issued. Hope the company will look into this matter and correct the wording used in the bottom of the online proposal form.

                          Dear sir apke mumbai dadar branch ke manager vikas pawar ne mujhse riswat liya 45000 aurkoi bhi mera suun nahi raha hai aur meri gadi bhi jama kar ke bech diya agar mujhe nyaay nahi mila to 10 din ke under apke branch me apane aapko aag laga dunga aur isake jimmedar chola mandal ho so pls help me warna mujhe media bulana padega
                          As per subject claim no [protected] we have submited all claim regarding documents dated 05 may 2019 but still not receive revert for your company side.it is theft claim .i have To do 7 lakh business every month with your company but due to this delay claim i never take your company isurance.

                            Driver niwas s/. Tikuram was going kochhor with tractor on 16sep18 at about1.00pm. On road a fast moving vehicle came infront of tractor. Driver cut the tractor with power brake. Then it climbed on sand and overturned. Banwari s/. Suwa ram and kajor mal s/.                               My car accidented, on 5/6/18, informed, intime, due fir, car keep at police station, upto dt.7/7/18, car shifted, their, suggested showroom-hyd, on my own towing charges, my car is in total loss, they are deducting, 10% on idv, and imposed ₹30000/-towards, parking charges, and their deals with customer, rediculously, we paid insurance premium ₹2500/-valid upto sep-2018, they are harrasing me since 60 days, every day they are creating problems, sir have hope on hundai. But not on chola... Kindly solve my oroblem.

                                I have tata indica vista pb10eg0203 which is insured by chollamandal insurance. I got accident front bumper foglamp and front glass are damaged of my car. I claimed insurance for that loss. They took one weak for decision. Only online inspection was done and decision gave that both losses are came into diferent cloe. They said me to make two diferrent files. The point is that when my car was hited ones why should i pay for two files. I totally disappointed. Also. I must will go to consumer cout for so much harasing me and file a case against the chollamandal insurance company also noticed to the surware.
                                Unfortunatlly i was conecting with the company customer care they make me fool just kept my call on hold for 20 -30 min., that's made me to go to the court for justice thanks

                                  Hello Team, We want to inform you that, Hyderabad Cholamandalam branch executives are giving false promises and if a customer asks for reasons they give another false commitment which will not happen forever. For example, Our loan sanction date is Feb 28, 2018 and got our first cheque dated Feb 28, 2018 on March 20, 2018 and our emi start date was March 05, 2018. When we asked the executive about the date he said it is ok and your emi will start only after you loan amount is fully disbursed but we ended up paying March month emi. The agent was so confident that the problem is from our end their is no problem from company end and he was offering us let's go for PMAY i.e. Pradan Mantri Awas yoijana for a person who will never be eligible for a PMAY according to the criteria again a false promise. He also told me that we will take a request to reduce the EMI % to 10.5% from 14% in May to compensate March emi but till date we are paying the same EMI. This is a Fraud company will say anything to get customer login but never keep any promises.

                                    I have my car insurance policy from chola mandlam...3rd of july 2017 i met with an accident... My car was in totally loss... Till now my claim was not settled... And when i call to toll free no they told me thal ur claim was closed. Then after i contact to the chola office they told me that company has rejected ur claim.
                                    So kindly request u to plz solve my issue. Yesterday i visit to the chola office they again told me that ur claim is reopening. But i m not satisfied

                                      With due respect, I beg to say that I have taken a medical health insurance from the Chola MS Company from the past 4 years.
                                      Few weeks back me and my son-both were hospitalized in emergency condition. Doctors suggested us some medical test and investigations like endoscopy, biopsy test and many more blood test. Then it confirmed to having a Celiac disease (wheat allergy) to both o[censored]s.We have to pay 26541 rupees
                                      I had applied for the medical health insurance from MS company but they rejected. It is written very clearly in the company policy that one can claim the medical insurance after hospitalized but they refused to do so.
                                      So sir, kindly requested you to please go through this matter and help me in this condition I am also attaching my medical bills along with this email. Please accept my medical claim of 26541 rupees. I shall be very thankful to you.

                                        मेने चोला एम एस का कार insuranse पालिसी लिया था जिसका क्लेम no है [protected] है ओर जब मुझे क्लेम की जरूरत पड़ी तब आपकी कंपनी बोल रही है कि गाड़ी का ब्रैकिंग के फोटोज एजेंट ने ठीक नही खिंचे और अलग अलग लोकेशन पर खिंचे है इस कारण वश आपका claim रिजेक्ट किया जा सकता है मगर आपका पालिसी इसु करने वाला DM एवं एजेंट ने फ़ोटो खिंचे अब आपकी कंपनी को किस टाइप के फोटोज चाहिए ए आपके एम्प्लॉय को मालूम होना चाहिए आपके Dm एव एजेंट ने जैसे फ़ोटो लिए वैसे ही लिए ओर सबसे मेन बात में ए पोलिसी लेने से इंकार किया था औऱ में ए बोल रहा था कि मुझे पालिसी बाजार डॉट कॉम पर यही पालिसी दूसरे कंपनी की 10000 से भी कम दाम में मिल रही है टी में आपकी पॉलिसी क्यों लू तभी आपके पालिसी आफिस एव एजेंट ने कहा कि ए इंडियन कंपनी है ओर अभी मेक इन इंडिया का माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय ने ओपनिंग किया है हम सभी योगदान देंगे तभी देश की तरकी होगी ओर infuture आपको हम से कोइ प्रॉब्लम भी नही आएगी तब मैंने ए पालिसी 13800 रुपए में खरीदी ओर फोटोज के सम्बंध में एजेंट और DM ने आपको लिखित दिया है कि उन्होंने ऐसा क्यों किया में आपका कस्टमर हु मुज़हे आपके एम्प्लोयी ने ऐसे फोटोज क्यों लिए मुज़हे क्या पता मुज़हे पालिसी से एवं क्लेम से मतलब है आप अपने एम्प्लॉय से अपनी तरीके से पूछताछ करिये मुज़हे मेरे क्लेम से मतलब है जब एक्सीडेंट हुआ आपकी कंपनी को मैन सूचित किया तभी आपकी कंपनी ने मुज़हे सर्वेर का no दिया ओर मैंने जब उसे कॉल करके बताया कि गाड़ी नेक्स्ट डे एक्सीडेंट स्पॉट से निकालनी है आप स्पॉट पर आ जाइये तब उसने जवाब दिया कि आप गाड़ी निकालो ओर आज मत लाना गाड़ी काल लेकर आना आज मैं GH मनाऊंगा ओर वो स्पॉट पर नही आया उसका वर्क उसने तभी नही किया ऒर मेरे द्वार खींचे फोटोज अपनी मोबाइल में लेकर आपको दिखाए अगर वो स्पॉट पर उसी दिन आता जिस दिन एक्सीडेंट हुआ था तब स्पॉट एक्सीडेंट का कन्फ्यूजन खत्म हो जाता मैंने पूछताछ के दौरान आपको सभी जानकारी दी थी मैंने ए भी बताया कि स्पॉट पर पुलिस आयी थी मगर आपके पूछताछ अधिकारी ने पुलिस स्टेशन में जाकर ए पूछना भी जरूरी नही समझा क्योंकि आपके एम्प्लॉयर प्रोपर काम नही करना चाहते और मुझे कोई सही जानकारी नही दी ओर मुझे आपके द्वारा जो भी झूटी इन्क़री की गई उसमें मेरा बहुत फिनांशली एवं मानसिक नुकसान हुआ है इसके संदर्भ में मैने IRDAI एवं जनलोकपाल एवं कनसुमेर कोर्ट में प्रस्तुति की ओर आपके द्वारा मुज़हे कुछ भी जानकारी नही दी में आपसे ए मेल का जवाब जल्दी मिलने की आशा करता हु ओर आप मेरा क्लेम पास कर देंगे इसकी भी आशा करता हु
                                        1)ब्रेकिंग फ़ोटो आपके एजेंट एव DM ने खिंचे
                                        2)आपका सर्वेयर एक्सीडेंट स्पॉट पर नही आया एव फ़ोटो नही लिए
                                        3)इन्क़री अफसर ने पुलिस स्टेशन जाकर सही जानकारी लेने जरूरी नही समझा
                                        4)आपका एम्प्लॉय एकनाथ मोरे ने कोई भी सही जानकारी नही दी और मैंने आपके कमसे कम 20 से 30 एम्प्लॉय से बात की मगर किसी ने भी सही जानकारी दी और मुझे आपकी वजह से 6000 रुपये एस्टेमेट चार्ज देना पड़ा आपको क्लेएम देने में प्रॉब्लम है तो एस्टेमेट चार्ज क्यों लिया
                                        5)जहा पर एक्सीडेंट हुआ वह के लोगो ने अपना लिखित जवाब दिया हैं
                                        6)एजेंट ने फोटोज क्यों और कैसे खिंचे इसका जवाब आपको लिखित दिया है
                                        ओर बहुत बाते हैं आप इस पर सोच विचार करके डिसीजन ले
