I have not received the policy document for the purchase I made on 9th
August online. I paid Rs. 21, 031 for the purchase of the family floater
plan and it was done through Billdesk.Customer care said that they
cannot find any details of my purchase. I mailed my query with payment
and other details to customer care email id but there is no response
from your side from the past 5 days. Please help me with this issue as
soon as possible. My service request number is #7275425
