Cholamandalam — Noc not received

I completed all my due in August itself but still i didn't received my noc first i gave my account details to take the due amount directly in every month i put the money for due amount in my bank account date 8 th of my first due they didnt take the money in my bank account i visited the branch and asked they said due to some issue we cant take the money from your bank account so please pay your rest of your due's in branch thats why i paid all my due in the branch in person but now they say you need to pay the overdue amount for this and that tell me where is mistake here why i need to pay the overdue amount?
And also i didnt take any moratorium also but now they are telling me to pay the overdue amount how come i can pay the extra money i pay all my due before my due date.
my due date is 10 in every month i paid all my due amount rs 6053 in person before 10 of every month kindly check and close this issue and release my Noc please
I visit the branch in a daily basis and asked my noc they said your bill amount not reflecting in our system come again after 1 week like this for 2 months i am frequently visiting the branch even in this corona situation i am really tired i cant handle this any more so please look in to this issue other wise i am gonna book a complaint i dont have any other option i am literally vexed my your branch staff and customer care person also i said all the data they asked at the end of the call they said you didnt take the moratorium i checked from my end so i reversed it from my side said by chola customer care and also he said i raise a ticket regarding this and all
i spoked 6 customer care executives but still nothing is changed here for your information i attached the screen shot of my due dashboard kindly check and i paid all my due amount 7 to 9 th of every month if you want i ll provide the payment bill given by your branch really i dont know what to say please close this issue asap
