Cholamandalam — Personal Loan is fully paid

I have fully paid my personal loan to Cholamandalam Investments and Finance Company Limited on 16.11.2023 as per foreclosure letter provided by the company.
The company has not yet credited my money in my loan account and EMI is still hitting me from my bank, if i reject EMI then my bank will charge me for the return of the EMi.
till today i have been debited 295+295 from my bank.
Company's customer care is also not receive my call nor company's office staff.
