[Resolved]  Christ University — Refund not received

I had withdrawn my admission from Christ university. They are supposed to refund my fees back. It is a very big amount and I still have not received it. Despite of them claiming that they have refunded the amount, I still have not received it. I asked them to provide me the transaction details of the refund, but they refused. How can they deny to provide the transaction detail? They must provide it. So, whatever is the issue behind not getting the refund can be solved. I want the transaction details that are related to the cancellation of my admission process. It is a very big amount and it's my father's hard earned money. Kindly help me.
