Christian Matrimony — Taking money out of my account without my consent or authorization

My money from the account was deducted without informing me or taking my consent
Apart from informing the person who called for upgrading that we don't want any premium upgrade.
Now I called in the department told them to revert my money back which they have done but not the full amount
So I need my whole money back to my account which is deducted
