[Resolved] Christian Medical College — ICU security staff mismanagement | |
My dad is in ICU for 5 days. My mom seating and awaiting on floor as a attendee without proper basic facilities and no complaints on that. We understand. Now, I come in the morning to see my dad with mom in ICU as per visitors timeline, security staff says one person at a time to see patients that's not fair. Another key area, Security staff don't know how to handle grieve family who are completely emotional. I went to see my dad in ICU spoke to doctor about progress then came out and requested mom to go and updating about my visit and preparing my mom emotionally to go to see dad, I was not blocking anyone path, I was not making any noise, corridor was empty too but security staff wanted to show his power and started saying go out go out only one person and started arguing, I am tolerating him for quite long time, security staff name is V Chandrashekran, there are many more incident and always says his senior directed him to do, he must have thought how to deal with ICU attendee and visitor, my mom not eating well and week seating in floor, if we bring him tea or food and seating with him that also he always make fuss and show that he is doing mercy on us, please educate security staff at such sensitive place. Nov 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you so much, security staff changed and he is humble. I don't know, security staff changed due to this complaint or routine change. But new security staff still say one visitor to ICU but he knows how to treat ICU patient grieve family Christian Medical College customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
