[Resolved] Christian Medical College — no blood test report after more than 4 months of waiting | |||
Name: gopal kundu 46m Hospital number: 707921h It has already been more than 4 months but i still haven't gotten my test results. I paid around ₹16, 000 at cmc vellore for the test and i was told the result will be sent to me by my email, which i didn't receive after even after 3 months then i visited the hospital but i was still not given any test report and they told me to wait for another one month. It's already been more than 4 and half months and i still haven't gotten my test results. I have sent many emails and even called their customer helpline but they always disconnected the call after transferring it to the email department. I am in serious condition as my blood count is below 5 even after multiple blood transfusions and injections. I am a tailor with very limited financial condition. Feb 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent me the blood report which I had to wait for almost 6 months, it was really infuriating and frustrating Christian Medical College customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
