We have purchased the TV on 06 March 2019. After buying we had issues with TV not starting due to software failure. We have raised complaint with Chroma in July 2019, November 2019, February 2020, July 2020, September 2020 and December 2020. Every time they promise to provide the permanent solution and fail to do the same. We have asked them to replace the TV which they refuse. We need them to provide a permanent solution or pay us the refund so that we can get another TV. Even when we were purchasing they never informed us of such an issue. We request help with this.
