[Resolved] Chroma — Refrigerator Not working | |||
They provide an horrible and worst service,In my case I got an samsung refrigerator 253L on 29th May and it has been delivered to me on June 1st. From the day 1 it wasn't working and it has been informed to the tata croma service center they told within 48 hrs technician will come and fix it. But till now no one has turned up yet. New refrigerator and even the sticker also not removed.It was an faulty one and no one has came to fix it are at-least address it. Out of my experience No one of the dealers will be worst than croma.Daily i will get an answer technician on the field and today he will fix it and bored up with their stories and lies. complaint no - BOS020613FS00002 Mobile No - [protected] Please can any one guide me to file a case in consumer court.
