I bought the Air conditioner from Chroma for ₹31990, 1.5 ton. Spilt AC. i raised multiple complaints against the AC. Not even a single person could rectify the issue.

Being a mother of 4months we got heat boils due to humidity and Ac is out of service.

I have booked a service, because my Chroma washing machine stopped working. After 4 calls the technician visited my place. 5 days passed by and I called each day for an update on what's next. The technician took a photo of the machine panel and was supposed to call back the next day with an update on what needs to be done next. But so far each day I just had promises but no call back.
