I had bought a boAt speaker from Chroma Greater Noida which was procured with extended warranty of 2 years by additional payment. As the speaker became faulty I have lodged complaint with Chroma twice once at Greater noida Chroma store and second at Noida store. However I was informed that the speaker will be collected and repaired by boAt by a visit by their rep. Contrary to the claim boAt has refused to honour extended warranty with a claim that it will be done by Chroma wheras Chroma is claiming that it will be done by boAt.

We purchased AC from Chroma which was delivered on 25th May 2023 and was installed same day, The time technician opened the product I felt the product to be defected since some fins where bend which I informed Chroma via call and email, still technician informed that the product is good and installed it, The AC was not cooling much where technician told that it will take some time to get it cooled and left the place, the AC then did not work till night, so next day morning I informed chroma through email and also informed technician over call who came visited the place and confirmed the AC is faulty compressor is not working same day we intimated to chroma through email and call. Today we are following up with Chroma they say there was no issue with the AC and technician says the ac is faulty.
So I am stuck in between, I need a replacement AC or a full refund.

When i raised complaint C[protected] they marked product as delivered. I am calling them every day and they are saying i will get update in 48 hour, but till this day i did not get any update

Air Conditioner not yet installed
I bought one chroma 1 ton AC through Chroma website, it was delivered on 21.04.2023. My order ID is[protected]. Chroma website said same day installation for my city (Kolkata). However, even after repeated follow ups and internal escalations for last 10 days, I don't see any solid response from chroma. Initially different technicians would call me different day to ask my address and then hung up the call, after hearing my flat is in a high rise building. I am really frustrated, i don't have any hope from Chroma team regarding the installation anymore. I understand the free same day installation was a hoax. But i'm very much concerned if they are going to provide any service at all during repair/ maintenance. I think I've made a wrong purchase. There is no actual functional complaint mechanism at chroma again. All my service requests have been abruptly closed without any action. But I will make sure to report the grievance at every forum, so that people can be aware and don't buy AC from this brand. Rather go for the traditional renowned ones, with proper service set up.

False commitment and delayed delivery by the Chroma Store, DLF Mall of India, Noida.
While placing the order I was told that my product will be delivered within 2 days but after placing the order and paying the full amount the store is refusing to deliver the product and is extending the delivery date every time. I purchased a 2 ton inverter split AC and the delivery date mentioned on my bill was just one day. The staff told me that the AC will be delivered at most within 2 days. Now they are telling the AC is out of stock and they can’t deliver it and that particular AC is still showing as available on their website.
I have already reached out to their customer support and sent them mail but they are of no help.
I would suggest to not buy any thing from this store as they do not value their customers and give false commitments to them so that they place order. This store and it’s staff are very unprofessional.
The customer care team is most unresponsive and asking to wait and continues causing delay in delivery. I suspect that this is an internal fraud done by Croma to misuse customers money towards other company investments and must be investigated. Given their fraudulent behaviour is causing harassment and distress. I hope that the consumer complaints forum will work swiftly to resolve the issue and investigate the fraud.
Kindly ensure that my order is delivered timely.
I strongly believe that all such customers must be compensated for the loss, delays, and inconvenience caused due to such harassment.

Ac stopped working Exactly after one week of purchase

I bought the Air conditioner from Chroma for ₹31990, 1.5 ton. Spilt AC. i raised multiple complaints against the AC. Not even a single person could rectify the issue.
Being a mother of 4months we got heat boils due to humidity and Ac is out of service.
Poor services are being held by people who is incapable of identifying the what exactly is wrong and it’s been weeks i am behind them.
Kindly help us to return the money or replace the AC .

Delivered faulty Samsung fridge
I purchased many electronic items on 27th March from Gurgaon Chroma center near Bus stand, sector 14.
I purchased 6 items worth more that 1.5 lakh.
One of them was Samsung Refrigerator, 415 liters.
At first it felt ok, but when we shifted in the house on 2nd April, and put water for ice in freezer,
It didn't work.
Now state is not even fridge part is working.
I registered a complaint in chroma customer care on 4th April,
And some support talented support person said, to turn off the fridge for 2 hrs.
I still did it.
Then I called Samsung support and a service person came.
He checked and said issue is with gas, and it needs to be filled.
I mean how come a brand new fridge require such repair.
It CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY.
AND I WANT REPLACEMENT OF IT.
Now I called your customer support again on 9th and 10th.
Waited for more than 20 min to speak to your supervisor, but seems like after costumer had made payment he does not matter to you.

Ammount Debited but no order confirmation
We placed the order on 29 march 2022 for the food processor on croma online store and paid amount 8640.90 we have got order id but when we try to track order and contact to croma support they said they don't have any order for this order ID but our ammount is debited to croma account we provide the transaction id for the same so kindly look in to this Service Request No- SR[protected] for croma

Croma TV frequent issues and refuse to give permanent solution for refund

We have purchased the TV on 06 March 2019. After buying we had issues with TV not starting due to software failure. We have raised complaint with Chroma in July 2019, November 2019, February 2020, July 2020, September 2020 and December 2020. Every time they promise to provide the permanent solution and fail to do the same. We have asked them to replace the TV which they refuse. We need them to provide a permanent solution or pay us the refund so that we can get another TV. Even when we were purchasing they never informed us of such an issue. We request help with this.

I called them many times, but non can give a feedback and resolve my issue. Please escalate or i have to write to grievance redressal about the poor service in the showroom - annanagar-chennai.

I bought chroma microwave one and a half years back and it is still within the warranty period. Now it has stopped working and i am calling the customer service to send their technician to repair it but i find no response from them. Every time i call, they give false promises that the complaint has been registered and the technician will visit your place. I have been following up for this for almost a month and i dont see any positive response from them. I am really disappointed by chroma service and i highly recommend not to go for chroma products after such a bad experience with them.

Wide Invoice No: SLFO2AO[protected] dated 10/10/2016 of Rs.35, 492/- paid through my SBI A/C through debit card, towards purchase of laptop.
Till today even after 100 days, we have not received the refund.
Brought this to the notice of CHROMA official both through Customer Care Centre over phone & also met personally with the local customer center officials of CHROMA. They assured that they already taken-up with SBI & assured that refund will be done by max 14th Jan-16, but till date it was not happen.
Please do needful at the very earliest possible time & confirm

I have booked a service, because my Chroma washing machine stopped working. After 4 calls the technician visited my place. 5 days passed by and I called each day for an update on what's next. The technician took a photo of the machine panel and was supposed to call back the next day with an update on what needs to be done next. But so far each day I just had promises but no call back. I asked them to escalate - still no results. Not sure what do I do next.

Due to above cited reasons Chroma offered at concessional price Rs. 19000/- over MRP of Rs. 24000/-
Today on 10th when LG company person came to install the machine reported that the machine has faulty PCB. We asked him to report this matter to Chroma immediately.
We also opted for additional warranty for 2 year from Chroma over and above default 2 year company provided warranty for Rs2200 and exchange bonus Rs 1000 for our old machine.
We have receipts of the cash paid and would like to get another machine of same capacity and same make and model.
We have approached Chroma and waiting for their response.
What are our options in the above case?

I have purchased microwave oven last year and took extended warranty total 4 years. Now my oven is in warranty and complain period is also more than two months. I have lodge a complain on 23rd March 2015. Every week I 5ake status about what happen to my complain and chroma staff always reply that wait for 3 to 4 days. Now its more that 2 months. But no service. Also 8 have many proof where they have given me a time line to resolve the complaints but they did not resolved in fact they did not look into my queries.
Since last 5 days I m calling daily in customer care and they'll just says thatwe will check. But no response. Now since two months my oven is not working I m facing lots of problem at home. Even they are not providing me temporary any oven till they repair my oven. Also it is not feasible to wait for two months.
When I asked them to replace the oven if you are not able to repair it then they said no we can't do that. Now u tell me they are not repairing they are not replacing they are not providing any oven till they repair. Now what should I do. My oven is in warranty period till 2018.
I m thinking to file a case as 8 have many proof against them.
Please look into matters.

Croma Extended Warranty Service - no service

I have purchased the Hitachi 1.5 Ton AC from Chroma Store on 27 Jan 2013 and also taken the extended warranty from chroma store.
My registered mobile number is [protected].
Now I am facing the issue of cooling. For this I have registered complaint with chroma extended warranty customer care around 15 days back and the claim number for the complaint is 166593.
After I registered the complaint, I have tried to followup several times with chroma store as well as with Hitachi Service Centre(Ghaziabad) having contact[protected]
But while every time calling on these chroma store or service centre, I get the same reply that within 1 or 2 hour your problem will be resolved, but nobody give me a call back, neither any technican visited my house for the same.
I am getting frustrated with these follow ups. Kindly resolve the issue asap otherwise I would have to complaint with consumer court.

Missing Camera Mounting Shoe on unboxing

I bought a tripod from Mumbai Airport's Chroma outlet on 29th March 2015, it was a display piece. Unfortunatelly, when I unboxed the product at home, its camera mounting shoe was missing. I immediately registered a complaint, Service Request no. SR[protected]. I was told that within two working days the respective team will resolve the issue and will call me back. But since 1st April, 2015, I have been calling customer service and receive the same reply that respective team will get back to me and asked several times" Didn't they get back to you?". I have even talked to the supervisors and kept on hold for long period and promised a call back. But all their claims and assurance are lies. As of today, I have not received a single call back or inquiry from Chrome.
Really very upset with customer service.

I have purchase a Chroma tab 1125, but due to some reason, screen of the same was broken, i have been chorma store for service, as they told at the time of purchase, " if you have any problem, just come to any chroma centre".
But they refer damage to Authorized Service Centre.(now I want to brief about Authorized Service Centre, this the place every company hired to torture his/her Client, this place, whenever you visiting, nobody can give you good response, not well communicate, not give you proper knowledge and not picking phone(Land Line or Mobile), from last three month i am communicating with Service centre, customer care, now few days back i have got a mail from customer care to receive you DOA Letter from service centre. i have been to Authorized Service Centre, they said first you have to carry all the accessories with box than i can give you DOA, but i havn't box with us. i have intimate to both of the place and they said we cant give you help with same. its happen after three month of communication.
i am suffering from so many mental torture that not giving me proper acknowledgement. every time Authorized center said, chroma not giving us accessories to repair and Chroma person used to say will update you, keep patience. We have literally cried when it was happen.

They provide an horrible and worst service,In my case I got an samsung refrigerator 253L on 29th May and it has been delivered to me on June 1st. From the day 1 it wasn't working and it has been informed to the tata croma service center they told within 48 hrs technician will come and fix it. But till now no one has turned up yet. New refrigerator and even the sticker also not removed.It was an faulty one and no one has came to fix it are at-least address it.
Out of my experience No one of the dealers will be worst than croma.Daily i will get an answer technician on the field and today he will fix it and bored up with their stories and lies.
