I purchased many electronic items on 27th March from Gurgaon Chroma center near Bus stand, sector 14.
I purchased 6 items worth more that 1.5 lakh.
One of them was Samsung Refrigerator, 415 liters.
At first it felt ok, but when we shifted in the house on 2nd April, and put water for ice in freezer,
It didn't work.
Now state is not even fridge part is working.
I registered a complaint in chroma customer care on 4th April,
And some support talented support person said, to turn off the fridge for 2 hrs.
I still did it.
Then I called Samsung support and a service person came.
He checked and said issue is with gas, and it needs to be filled.
I mean how come a brand new fridge require such repair.
It CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY.
AND I WANT REPLACEMENT OF IT.
Now I called your customer support again on 9th and 10th.
Waited for more than 20 min to speak to your supervisor, but seems like after costumer had made payment he does not matter to you.
