Hi All, I ordered for a jacket from your online store. I got some other producted, not the one i ordered the quality is patatic and its toren in one side. I didnt expect this kind of service. They dont have any contact number to complain about the issue. The only number thats available they dont pick up the call. Guys ensure that u never order any product from them. I dont understand how they have got the permission to do the online business.

Third class expiriance ever, not any response customer care number all exicutive are busy minimun 1hour call waiting and one time recive call and talk rudely company agent and send me mailDear Customer..
As mention on the product page this is a liquidation sale so product color and design may be wry, So we are unable to consider your return request.

I had ordered pair of cotton chinos in Rs.899, after posting the order i realized that instead of 34 size i ordered 32. but after 10 mins only i had shared mail to them to correct the order but i did not received any confirmation neither they are responding the customer care number [protected] updated on their site.

I had placed an order in Chupchap lelo.com the product was a leather jacket of brown colour with size XL but I didn't get the above mentioned material and now I m harassed for the wrong delivered product

Such a thief company. Bloody sent me a very ill fitting black jacket when I ordered a brown one. They won't even return the money. Don't buy from this website. 8/10 people have been cheated. People should literally vandalize their office. I feel so cheated right now.

I have purchased a Samsung power bank from chupchap lelo but when I open the box, it is not Samsung. The product company delivered is duplicate, even is not working. When I try to contact the customer care no. Nobody picked the call I just got a message.
Plz help me in this matter. I haven't got a call from chupchap lelo as it was mentioned in msg.

I ordered a leather jacket and when i received it then it was totally different from the actual one which i ordered and i ordered brown color but is black in color and as well as its defective so i want my money back i called your contact no. several times but its going to engage so quickly make a fast response otherwise i will file a case against you because am very frustarted and disappointed by your service so if in next 24 hrs if you will not get back to me so i am going to take strict actions against your company because am a lawyer and i know what to do next if i will not get any kind of response from your side. And now hope best from your side.

I had ordered a pair of sport shoes via there website http://www.chupchaplelo.com. The picture of the product provide was that of Adidas Spring Blade Drive Men's shoes, but when i received the product it was a look a like of the original. No where in the website does they mention that the product is a look a like ( to be honest it is no where near a replica but just a faint resemblance to the original product). If you check right now in the below link you can see the product.If you zoom the picture you can see the adidas logo on the toe end of the shoes. I am cheated by the company, and i ( or anyone who would have visited the website) would have thought that it is indeed the real Adidas Spring Blade Drive Men's shoes that i was going to get. I should either get my money back or the original Adidas Spring Blade Drive Men, s shoes. Please advise me on how to take this complaint forward.

I think u deliver a different shoes...I went red & black...my foot size 6...but u deliver a 7 ..shoes show 14 no...plz return the shoes and give the right product... I call your customer care but not response.
