      Please could you advise how we can take action against this fake company who send a fake pair of nike and then say the material is the same. they are cheating innocent people with their fake marketing strategy action needs to be taken . they dont answer calls.

                      I've ordered a combo jacket offer on chupchaplelo nd only received one not 2 as well as the jacket which I've ordered is not the one I've received...it's fraud nd missleading the customer I want the refund and want to send this order back.

                            My son ordered a nike air shoe and when it arrived it was different from what we saw online. Firstly it was not a nike as it had a different logo and also now they say they had the choice to send any colour . The point is this is false advertising .
                            This advertisement came on facebook and i didnt want to disappoint my son . But you are cheating children. This is not fair.

                                I ordered a shoe online spring blades shoes for men colour (Blue & Black) and my Order Id: OID229501 but i got completely different piece as to what I wanted..I didn't like the one i received and shoes quality is also not good. Online it looked simple and decent and i[censored] talk about online image on that image shoes logo is adidas (three stripes LOGO) and one i got has 4 stripes and has a logo which i didn't want at all. I tried to call you 50 times and it goes busy. Seriously m not happy with your services. So I want my money back. Kindly process it ASAP. I wish to get my money back at the soonest.
