Purchased samsung 20000 mh power bank & charger from chupchaplelo.com/rr enterprises (Tin no [protected]), vid order no oid 410617 dated 20/05/16 package received via invoice no jwh[protected] and shipment no, jwh[protected] but sorry to say that chupchaplelo.com/rr enterprises are supply item having manufacturing defect & non working item, requested chupchaplelo.com/rr enterprises kindly arrange to pickup item and deliver new one on priority basis
But no response from company
Kindly look in to matter
