[Resolved] CIBIL — HDFC CREDIT CARD FRAUD SERVICE | |||
Hi I got new Credit Card Titanium last year March 2014 after my old card expired, then after one week I have got one more credit card REGALIA last year March 2014, without I initiated, some personal banker called me and said it is new REGALIA card for and more rewards points on this, I asked any annual fee, he said no annual fee and life time free.Now 29-March-2015 Rs 5618 is showing for Renewal Charges.I have called customer care regarding this, every time getting one answer, this like fraud without customer aware and not informed. Sir, please visit the nearest branch of HDFC Bank and submit the card (cut into 4 pieces) along with the letter detailing the entire case and names of the people involved. Please also take the acknowledgement from the bank. This is serious because if the bank shows the non-payment in its CIBIL reporting, you will find it difficult to borrow in future - most prospective lenders will not even bother to check the reasons behind the delay or non-payment. CIBIL score is very important and we should all work towards maintaining good score - atleast it should not be impacted due others' mistakes.
