[Resolved]  CIBIL — Not received the CIBIL report even after making online payment

This is the worst and disgusting customer service I have ever seen.

I have made an on-line payment on 03 Oct 2014 to get my CIBIL report and still I haven't received the same.

I have called up your customer service number 4 times and no satisfactory updates and only false commitments are given.
Your team claims that they already sent the CIBIL report to my email id on [03 Oct 2014 and 08 Oct 2014] but I have not got it. I have checked in INBOX + SPAM + JUNK folders of my email account.

I am very much computer and internet literal person to not to miss your email if that comes to my mailbox.

Every time I call up the customer support number they say that they process the request within 3 days which is not all fair. When I asked the customer support executive to transfer the call to his senior then he (Vijay) abruptly disconnected the call.

If I don't get CIBIL report on my email id today then I am going to file a legal case against CIBIL for FALSE COMMITMENT and FRAUD.

I can provide the recordings of the calls that I had with CIBIL report customer care to prove how un-professional are they in terms understanding customer needs. If they have no answers they prefer to abruptly disconnect the calls.

I have made an on-line payment on 03 Oct 2014 to get my CIBIL report and still I haven't received the same. I have sent at least 10 emails in this regards to [protected]@cibil.com and called up the customer support number [+91 - 22 (STD Code[protected]] almost for 4 times.

Very disgusting customer service. CIBIL has engaged itself into false commitments to customer along with fraud intentions.

I give an ultimatum till this evening (end of day 10 Oct 2014) to send me my CIBIL report at [protected]@gmail.com otherwise I will raise a legal complaint against the same.
