CIDCO — Fluctuating Electricity Supply

There is fluctuating electricity supply at Sec-16, Airoli. Daily, during night time, electricity supply is so low that tube-lights also do not light up. We have tried everything from changing starters to tube-lights, but they fail light up. If they start by GOD' grace, they keep fluctuating. Also, daily during night time, light is taken off for 15 mins. Can we get to know why? We have to daily go to the light dept. and follow up. What is going on? All the questions/concerns raised so far has fallen on deaf ears. Please intervene. This is occurring after some task regarding new light cables was done. Is CIDCO going to pay customer if any of the electronic gadget like fridges/fans /TVs and ACs are destroyed/failed because of this??
