[Resolved]  Cigna TTK Health Insurance — amt deducted directly without any intimation

Address:Tragad Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382470

Amt of 16251 deducted from the credit card and that too without letting me know and without otp today dated 14 feb 2020

Last year i had a policy of 15839 from cigna ttk policy no prohln[protected] on 14 feb 2020 for 1 year for two persons assured under it.
But now this year the amt of 16251 was deducted directly from my credit card without any otp or password.
How could you people do this???

This is really unethical work.
Please help
