Dear team,
My wife had admitted 10 dec 2017 to 12 dec 2017 in hospital due to wbc increase high fever. I have cigna ttk insurance. Last year i did not claim any amount.in september 2017, i renewed policy again.
I have submitted all document as per requirement after 7 days i got mail one more require letter from hospital for details of room type and price.9 jan 2018 i have submitted soft letter by mail that require by customer care. My token number for submitted document : 2990492 and my claim policy no.[protected]Patient. Name : urmila gehlot).
Since last month 9 jan 2018 i have coordinated with customer care approx.10 times every time customer care told me give me 2 days to process.
It has completed 1 month to submitted document status showing "awaiting information".
