Cigna TTK Health Insurance — discontinuation of policy without informing me

My proposal number prohlr[protected] is being rejected on 16/10/2017. I convey this msg to satish kukreja, deputy br manager, who told me that ignore this mail. You will get policy in 3 days. Today i came to know that i ve received my amount back, now even i cant renew my policy in star in which i was holder since last 5 years. My all continuation prd will expire.
