Cigna TTK Health Insurance — for mediclaim policy I have paid rs.10949/- on 2nd april 17.

They have send me massage that they will send policy and tax money receipt on 2nd april 2017. But till today i have not received policy and receipt. I have sending regularly mail to them. They also replying that will revert with in 3 working days but i am not getting policy and also i requested to send my money refund that also they are not sending. Now i am sending massages last 4/5 days but they are not replying.

Ref to my complain I have also sent attachment of confirmation of the payment of TTK and they will send policy
and receipt with in 15 days as per TTK requirement . After this mail i am not getting any reply pl.
