My policy no PROHLR[protected]. I have send my daughter's health maintenance claim, which received on 25.05.19. CRM: 0299925

After that lots if mail send to your representative.. they two times, 5 days taken.. but not solving problem..
I am continuing three years and worries about your service. It is a small amount. And look your process. So when any big amount I will claim I am confident you will create tremendous situation..
