Cigna TTK Health Insurance — policy cancel in free lookup period but not refund my complete amount

My policy no. Is prohlr[protected]. Policy cancelled request on 05/10/2017 in free lookup period and policy cancellation confirmation by your company on 11/10/2017 and inform me by mail but after 14 working days your company not refund my complete complete amount. Again i request my refund on 25/10/2017 but not reply by your company. So plz requested to you plz refund my complete amount immediately
