[Resolved]  Cigna TTK Health Insurance — renewal premium

I have been wirting mails to your renewal department, however no resolution as yet, plz find below my query sent via email.

Kindly resolve this as the policy is expiring tomorrow.

"this is with regards to the renewal of the policy number - prohlr[protected], due on 6th april 2019, for both my parents - davinder singh dham & livleen kaur dham.

However the proposer davinder singh dham (My father) is no more, hence the floater policy has to be converted into an individual.
Kindly provide the renewal premium amount which needs to be paid, only for my mother - livleen kaur dham."
