I had purchased 3 items out of which 2 were returned. The refund was issued for only 1 item. I kept on chasing but eventually they asked me a video recording of returning items to the courier boy. This is utterly ridiculous.
Money lost if not much - hardly Rs. 400 but it has saved me a lot from getting fooled in future Was this information helpful? |
