Cilory — Paid amount twice due to the negligence of the delivery executive

Order ID 4551285. The order was delivered on[protected] and I had opted for COD.

I paid through Google pay using the scanner code printed on the courier packet. However the delivery person from bluedart mentioned that the payment was not received because of server issue and my amount will be credited back. And he asked me to pay to another mobile number and I did the same. However the amount paid through your QR code is not credited to my account.

Despite of calling the customer care from past 20 days I have not received the amount back and the managers are not responding.
