[Resolved]  Cinemax / Siliguri — refund money of tickets

I booked two online tickets in Cinemax of the film ABCD in 3D on 20th feb, but due to strike the show can't played by them. so sir, I request you to pay back my money of the tickets very soon. my tickets, order ID-575855, Booking ID-W2R2M6P and payable amount is 322.47 rupees.
