The counter price for movie tickets is about 210 rs whereas the same tickets online cost around 112 rs... At cinemax, city centre mall, raipur.
After arguing the employee of cinemax told us we keep this way only, so further we talked to the manager about the different ticket prices... He then gave the movie tickets at online prices to us, so that we do not create a scene.
Knowing the unfair practice followed there, please check this matter, as they are fooling the common people by charging in an unfair manner.

    1. जब भी में cinemax counter में ticket collect करती हु तो मुझसे वहा के स्टाफ हमेशा यही कहते है की mam सामने से सिर्फ दो row खली है बाकि full हो चुकी है, और जब अंदर जा के देखो तो सामने से 8 से 10 row खाली रहती है। ... suggest करती हु की पीछे की सीट बेचने के लिए customers से झूठ बोलना बंद करे...

    2. एक तो वहा जबरजस्ती customers को टिकट के साथ coupon दे दिया जाता है ये बोल के की ये फ्री है और ticket में उसके पैसे चार्ज कर लिया जाता है

    3. last time जब मेने अपने friends से कहा था मूवी के लिए तो साफ़ इंकार कर दिए cinemax नहीं जायेंगे। ... we are very disappoint pls do something

      I am from surat.
      I just visited cinemax at central mall for 3:00 to 6:00 p. M. Show of de de pyaar de.
      Ticket counter executive named pragati was very rude to me and not wanted to give me seat i wanted.
      Any how she convinced me that there were no other option of seat for me and she told that it was housefull.
      When i actually enteed the screen i found that half of theatre were not booked.
      However she gave the ticket what she wanted to give.
      This was so unathical.
      Disappointed with cinemax.
      Please give proper training to your employees before giving jobs.

      Yesterday i go to watch movie at pvr cinemax gandhinager, but they refuse to give me ticket just because i dont want to buy popcorn. They were forcing to buy popcorn everyone.

      Cinemax pandri Raipur is pressuring customers to take combo meal with movie tickets else not giving tickets. Strong action should be taken against this behavior

      We are watching movie in Cinemax surat, Head manager is very rude, while we bring our home made popcorn as our kid have skin problem, doctor says for home made stuff only.
      The staff and Head is very rude and not allowing us to take the home made food.

        Booked 6 tickets from paytm for de de pyaar de prime seats for 230 each a7 - a12.
        The 4 seats were broken. We paid for prime to get special top seats but poor seats.
        Not the kind of service expected from cinemax.
        We had senior citizens with us and had experience great inconvenience.
        The seats were broken and we were not able to sit.
        Our group had split into groups of 2, 2, 1and 1.

          The cinemax at malad charges rs. 370/- for popcorn which is more than 10 times the normal prices. How can we make a complaint against such cinema hall. This should be stopped as they are looting the consumers.

          The maharashtra government has also acknowledged this but has not taken any steps to regulate this. Is there any government body to whom we can make a complaint against such malpractices.

            I want you let you know that in raipur cinemax at central mall pandri.
            Here if we come and purchase the tickets we have to take the combo pack also, because it is compulsory here to purchase the combo which is of 200rs with tickets. And that too we got 2 combo with four tickets
            They had taken1300 rs for 4 tickets. Which is absolutely wrong i mean why i should pay for combo if i don't want.

              Went to a movie on sunday feb 10 with a friend to see the movie green book. There was no heat in #5 theater. When we complained to the manager he said it had just broke and because it was the week-end nobody could fix it. We went to the restaurant in the same area and were talking to one of the waitresses. She said people had come in complaining about no heat on tuesday.
              This happened in the vernon cineplex at polson place mall, vernon bc. Not a great way to see a movie when your freezing.
              Thought the manager would give us some compensation but nothing.

But they have cheat us calling that movie is still to start at 9:43 although it's schedule time was 9:30. We believe them and find that movie was already started from 15 minta.                   I am regular viewer of your teater in vihar cinemarc but today i had very bad experince at your teater regarding having snacks i requested for one tub for cheez popcorn an small pepsi but staff forced me to have big pack of pepsi which cant be consumed by my kids they insisted to have only combo which is not needed for my small family
                  Yout manager mr rajnikant parmar spoke in such a insulting language "saheb levu hoy to lo" which i dont think is proper standard of cinemarc
                  Please look into matter or else i would forward this email to grahak suraksha for our better ment and public rights

As my kid was forced today at cinemax city centre raipur, who went with his friend to watch movie andhadhund, the man at the counter told him ticket is only available with a combo...its rediculous !!                     Two days ago i visit your cinemax, redcarpet, ahmedabad branch to show moovie in screen 3.
                    When i check my seat in b row i confused coz seat no. Not proper mention. Other thing is seat too smelly and cover wornout. Also have seat recliner not stand proper.
                    Totally bad experience.. Now i never visit cinemax branch. I always prefer cinemax insted pvr. After this terrible experience i cant watch a single moovie on redcarpet or cinemax.

                      They are not providing movie tickets without adding combo food pack on it.
                      It is compulsory to buy food combo with it.
                      Even online booking is showing full house. And they are providing ticket offline there.

                      Its so mean for cinemax managment to cheat the people and decreased the repo.

                      It's totally disappointing for a cinema lover when you pay so much and you don't get the completr movie to watch.we were watching race 3in goregoan cinemax and during the climax the screen got blanked and they didn't even start it up again, so no point in watching the movie.

                      I was gone to Cinemax, R Odeon Mall, Ghatkopar (e), Mumbai to watch "Veere Di Wedding" movie. There is the ticket counter person talked with me very rudely. I have never seen this type of worst service and this type of rude communication. I will never visit that Disrespect cinema again.

                        I book 3 window ticket of rs 300 on 21.02.2018.
                        Payment given by paytm two time rs 300 and rs 300 but they are saying payment not received because transaction failed so i have given cash payment of rs 300.
                        While i complain to paytm customer care they are saying two transaction successful of rs 300 and rs 300 total rs 600 was updated in cinemax paytm account.
                        But cinemax employee of mr birendra and sandeep saying payment not received by cinemax paytm account.
                        Add : cinemax ghodbunder rd kapur bawadi thane west 400601.
                        Please help to refund my money i facing so many problems to refund.

                        Raipur cinemax movie dhadka at 4.05pm Tuesday ticket price was 60 rs but they are force us to buy combo on ticket counter and pay us about 140 rs.
                        It's my discretion to buy combo or not .They did not give me ticket and ask talk to manager but manager didn't come to talk.

                            I went on cinemax center, pandri, city center, raipur, c. G. - 492001, the show was on 8.05 pm
                            Name - pacific rim uprising.
                            They cancelled the show on the spot and said that there is no reservations for this show so that they are going to cancel it. Although in front of me there were many customers were asking for same movie and representative told everyone same story.
                            Becausr of this i missed other theatre's timing.
                            This is such a negative impact me through cinemax

                              I have gone to the show of hindi movie sonu ke titu ki sweety on thursday, 08th march, 2018 to cinemax, spring avenue mall, khadakpada, kalyan (W), maharashtra - 421301.

                              Show timing was 10.30 pm. We have entered the screen at 10.25. From 10.25 they have started advertisements of local shops as well as other products. Ads were shown till 10.45 pm. Thereafter national anthem was played.
                              And over and above this, they have started trailers thereafter. Trailers have been shown till 10.50 pm.

                              So, the actual show was started at 10.50 pm. Which was scheduled on 10.30 pm.

                              Again at intermission, ads were shown for 15-20 minutes.

                              We know the commercial necessity of ads, but there should be some limit to this.

                              I have gone to the show of hindi movie Gold on thursday, 23rd August, 2018 to cinemax, Pandri City Centre Mall Raipur. Show timing was 07.30 pm. We have entered the screen at 07.27pm. From 7.30 they have started advertisements o[censored]pcoming movies which will shows in coming days. Ads were shown till 7.48 pm. Thereafter national anthem was played.

                              So, the actual show was started at 7.50 pm. Which was scheduled on 7.30 pm.

                              In intermission, ads were shown for 15-20 minutes.

                              Worse experience I ever face.

                                Yesterday i went to watch a movie at 4pm at cinemax wonder mall on ghodbanber roas. I reached at 4 pm, i showed my eticket to staff. The scanning machine was not working well, and it was not able to scan the eticket. So the guard stopped us and after a lot of time he entered the number on the barcode and allowed us to go to movie. Guard behavior was very rude telling us u have to wait. So even if we had the tickets we had to wait due to this rude staff. Also one of the seat was broken. Please do the need full. Change the broken seats and remove the rude staff like that one.

                                  Today i. E. 24/2/2018 (Saturday) the lift was stuck in between and inspite of calling the bell nd knocking no lift man or any person was there for rescue. Even no contact number in case of emergency was there. It's a serious issue and require to look into the matter and see to it's seriousness. As we had gone for movie in 10am show we have also made this inform and filed the same in pvr cinemas also as it's a serious matter and somebody's life's matter.

                                    I have booked a ticket no 029395 exec-b4 date 11/12/2017 invoice no 137985 trans i'd 6647553 screen 1 timemonday 3.30pm and i was not given any token for my baggage which have lot important thing. This was a worse experience. Your senior person who was handling mumbai was there and he said this kind of baggage facility we don't have in entire india. For enquiry u can check cctv footage. I just loss 118 rs but u people have loss a creditability to serve a customer. Next time i don't visit cinemacx. And recommended other people not to visit cinemas because of experience with your services.

                                      I recently buy tickets from cinemax cinemas raipur chhattisgarh on which the amount of ticket was ₹50 but the multiplex charged me ₹130 per ticket. I asked them why they charged me extra ₹80. The ticket guy told me because of the combo (Pepsi + popcorn) and he compulsory made that combo with the ticket, he said that is a mandatory from cinemax (Pvr) india pvt. Ltd to buy an combo. I also asked the manager for the same and he also replied the same answer.

                                        Its humble request that please being polite one o[censored]r's executive is rude to us and not giving tickets reason is one of person before me is denied to give card pin to him and said that it is confidential so he own type and after that when it comes to me he denied to give tickets of hasina parker 5.40 show sunday 24/9 said that only accept cash not card i said it why so he said machine not working but its working i scold on him than after long story he accpet it please look this matter he have taken my pin for this and assault us
