Cinemax — staff behavior rude

Yesterday i went to watch a movie at 4pm at cinemax wonder mall on ghodbanber roas. I reached at 4 pm, i showed my eticket to staff. The scanning machine was not working well, and it was not able to scan the eticket. So the guard stopped us and after a lot of time he entered the number on the barcode and allowed us to go to movie. Guard behavior was very rude telling us u have to wait. So even if we had the tickets we had to wait due to this rude staff. Also one of the seat was broken. Please do the need full. Change the broken seats and remove the rude staff like that one.
